It’s absolutely clean, well positioned just 2 minutes away from the beach, and very well staffed. Breakfast it delicious, fresh and BIG The only minus it’s the small alley that’s in front of the place (not into the property), that’s bordered with small garbage and, at first, it’s hard to digest for our western eyes. However nothing that will ruin your experience

The location was close to everything beach was a short 5 min walk and tons of restaurants. The bed very comfortable with a balcony/Oceanview. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. No TV

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk). Breakfast is a highlight of the stay, featuring a generous amount and varied. Each morning there is a fresh juice with a variety of fresh fruits, coffee/tea followed by a hot breakfast that changes each day, all served in a pleasant dining atmosphere (rooftop with an incredible view) that sets a positive tone for the day. The rooms are well-appointed and designed for comfort. They provide a relaxing retreat with spacious layouts. The beds are particularly comfortable, and a mosquito net is provided. The shower experience is equipped with good pressure hot water. Lastly, the staff is commendable for their friendliness and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, the team was friendly and inviting. A special shoutout to Dula who goes above and beyond for his guests. Our flight was rescheduled and Dula connected us with the owner who allowed for us to extend our checkout, which was so very much appreciated. In summary, this hotel excels in various aspects, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. With its excellent location, enjoyable breakfast, comfortable accommodations, hot showers, and exceptional service, it guarantees a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We loved literally everything! The breathtaking view from the balcony, delicious breakfasts (and its variety), tidiness (very clean and comfy), and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is just fantastic - max 5 min walking to the most incredible beach of the island, with restaurants, shops and even ATM around. We will definitely come back! NA

The staff are very attentive. Special mention to Alex, Djamila, and Fatouma. the fact that it is not very far from the beach with plenty of facilities around. The View.

The beach isn't too far. But you have to go down and up a hill. So it's actually far.

I stayed in Nungwi and Kendwa, and this is the best hotel and beach in that area for sure. Clean. Spacious. Best view on Kendwa beach and sunset. Nice breakfast. They have a fridge and kettle with tea in the room. A generator if there is no electricity. Owner Alex is often there, and he is very friendly and helpful. He can navigate you around and suggest the best option for every need. Really, this is the best place in that area for this money (especially if you are seeking an awesome view of the sea and sunset). Totally recommend.

Very nice room, but on the first floor the view isn't that great. The facilities are very good, but I found it a bit expensive for not being beachfront. Nice rooftop restaurant though. Also keep in mind Kendwa is kind of isolated - there's not all that much to do there other than go to the beach. If you want more action Nungwi might be better. Though I rented a scooter with the help of the staff and was able to go to and from Nungwi without issue. Overall pretty good!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to me as I unfortunately had issues with my luggage being delayed. The staff allowed me to extend my check out time so that I could wait for my luggage to arrive and get ready. The room was clean, aircon and everything in the room worked fine and breakfast was lovely. I only stayed for one night as I was going to be staying with friends somewhere else but I would’ve been happy to stay a bit longer as it is also very close to the beach. It would be nice to have a small pool in the hotel but as it’s so close to the beach this would just be an additional plus.

Property was close to all shops, restaurants and beach. Property was really nice and clean. Every evening the electricity would cut out four hours.

Very nice little hotel with a short 5–10 min walk from the beach. The view was amazing, especially from the top floor where they have their restaurant. The breakfast was generous and the restaurant works even in the evening with decent food. The stuff was very polite and always smiling and helpful . The rooms have air condition which is a plus. Try to ask for a room on the higher floor if you want to enjoy the views. They had some power outages but usually short.

Great location with beautiful views from the rooftop restaurant. Staff were super helpful and the food was great. We had a wonderful sunset cocktail on the roof. We had an amazing sea view from our room. The rooms were spacious and practical with a balcony. A small kitchen area was great for tea and coffee and a fridge for cold drinks. We’d stay here again.
