Excellent hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The amenities, location and staff were wonderful throughout the entire stay. The breakfast area had a wide variety. The pool is much smaller than it appears in pictures; however, the pool area is well kept.

Room was very nice. TV remote was missing so a trip to the front desk was required and they promptly handed us one. We liked the walking shower. Paying to park our car in a huge parking lot was annoying. No one asked for ou tag number or car info so how are they tracking who pays to park and who doesn’t. Should be part of reservation process.

Very clean, very friendly, could use some new beds and couch beds. Only downfall.

It was comfortable, quiet, well-furnished, etc. The accommodations were lovely and close to everything we needed during our stay. We ordered delivery for dinner, and there was no problem getting our meal on time. We were also able to delay check-out by one hour, which gave us time to change clothes before our next drive. When trying to reach the front desk, the phone was always busy, and text messages to the number they provided at check-in were unanswered. It was a minor inconvenience, but it meant we had to leave the room to have our questions answered.

We really enjoyed our stay. The gym was awesome and clean. Breakfast was always well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome. While we were here for baseball, I would definitely come again with my family just for vacation. It was nice to have access to BBQs out back by the pool so we could bbq while the kids swim. Highly recommend.

But this place is noisy - proximity to highway and to local and relatively busy road. Sound insulation even inside the hotel is poor; I heard my neighbors living across the corridor normal talking. So, if you like quietness then please look for some other hotels in the area. One last thing. Parking near hotel is not free. Not expensive, but.... This is some type of a joke considering a whole and free parking lots near the mall just across the road.

Refrigerator went out and lost our food that was in it. Tried to add a night and was quoted almost double the price.

There were ants on the counter/desk area in my room … no hskp service everyday and you have to pay for parking … I will not stay again …

The room and building was very clean. Breakfast was awesome with lemon blueberry toppings for pancakes, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese on the side, sausage and even gluten free bagels! Didn't try the pool but everything was great. Room was huge and had a couch. Even a curtain to separate the bed from the couch area.
