Nice place. Been there. 3 times and hasn’t disappointed me yet. Plenty of places to eat and conveniently located.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that, after I explained exactly what happened, the manager acknowledged there had been a miscommunication on their end. Yet instead of addressing that issue, they kept redirecting the conversation to the third-party reservation, even though it had nothing to do with the mistake that caused the problem. In the end, it felt like the staff was more concerned with avoiding responsibility than resolving the problem. We lost $250 because of an error that should never have happened, and no one was willing to make it right. Never staying here again, and in any other Hilton if I can!

Overall, Tru by Hilton was a nice, clean hotel. Very minimal, but nice for a quick weekend trip. The pool was nice & clean as well

Front desk staff is of no help for any issues. I will never be booking my employees here again.

The smell of cleanliness was super impressive upon entering. The guy T at check-in was polite & professional! We had a little hiccup w/ a broken sheer blind in our room plus our fridge wasn't cold but he immediately assisted us as soon as we informed him. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was incredible. I'm not always lucky to get non-pork breakfast meat options so that was a definite plus! There was also a waffle maker, pancake maker, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Loved the options! The pool was very clean but the tap to enter was malfunctioned. It didn't work so we had to put our hand over the gate to push it open. There is a $6 fee to park but the location is near a mall & near plenty of other restaurants which was accommodating also. Other than that, highly recommend && would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Location Beds and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. Housekeeping only comes every other day. Front desk no help accommodating me to change from a queen room to king, said there was nothing they could do even though they had rooms available.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Very good soap/shampoo/conditioner. Can't believe a suburban hotel charges for parking. Breakfast was good, but not great. Rooms very minimalist in furniture and places to put things.

I appreciated the Almond milk and the fruit and cereal. I am vegan and this met my dietary requirements. I liked the self serve coffee and free apples. Also, free water. I liked the gym. I liked the spacious lobby and sitting rooms. I liked the walking paths around the hotel. It was also easy to walk to a nearby restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility itself on the inside feels dated. Old style phones in the rooms Also, my room had a few issues - broken shade (could not be lifted up); makeup lights were dim (bulb missing). I brought these to the attention of the staff and I was told both times that "parts were on order". This felt suspicious to me. The staff did offer to relocate me. The room was fine but dark (for me). Also, the ice dispenser on the main floor was not working.
