Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

We were very happy with our room, the space and amenities!!

It was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the room itself was very large. The parking area was very large and had ample space for our large work truck.

Room was great for the price - large room with amenities. Breakfast was fine and worked for the family. Staff was fantastic and helped work out a few extensions. For the price - the hotel was awesome!

The refrigerator never got cold. We had medication that was to be kept cold so this was an important need for us. The lady that checked us in, gave us a great selection of places to eat in the area. Nice and quiet.

Oyuki Did the most amazing job and she’s the reason I’m writing this review. So thankful for her kindness and help getting things situated.

The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Our stay was very quiet. The furniture seemed old and was scratched and the couch was dirty but for an overnight stay it was just fine.

Nice clean room on the second floor that was very quiet. One odd thing I noticed was there was no elevator to the second floor. But for my wife and I, it was no big deal. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

I was well taken care of while I was there by the staff when the remote to the TV was not in room they brought a new one and fixed it up for my use. It was clean, comfortable and one of the largest rooms I have ever stayed in. Check in was easy and left easily. Breakfast was good and plenty of coffee. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! It was so quiet except the elephant above me. Hotel staying.

We stayed on the 2nd floor in a room with 2 adults & 5 children. Terrible idea to put families on the 2nd floor over someone who claims to be going to sleep at 6:30 pm.

Booked a room with a sofa bed which was broken.

Huge rooms! Love it! Delicious breakfast (eggs and cheese).

There were old blueberries our child found behind the bed, and our child tried to eat...

clean room, spacious surroundings, very comfortable beds.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke the minute we opened the door. The carpets were completely stained, pulled back. The covers on one of the beds, and there was still somebody’s hair on it. I do have to say the manager in the morning refunded part of our stay. She was very apologetic. Our room was absolutely gross!
