Baymont by Wyndham Kent/Seattle

My bathroom had mildew all over the grout, we had half of a roll of toilet paper , we couldn’t use the tv because the instructions did not work, The hot tub was freezing and the sauna was Luke warm at best. The staff was nice and the bed was comfy.

Reservation wasn't found until my 4th call, staff searched incorrectly. AC never worked, forcing us and our children to sleep in an 80° room. No room change or compensation. TV, refrigerator, hot tub was out of service, Very poor customer service.

Hot tub not hot, not much for breakfast

Elevator is very old & dirty and whole floor smelled like weed, the room itself was okay.

Everything was good but not the pool or hot tub why because the pool was a little dirty and the hot tub was not working

Lots of poop on the property but that’s more on crummy dog owners. Will stay again when in the area.

It was close to stores Our sheets had stains all over there like if they weren’t changed the bathroom was gross. The breakfast sucked both days the lady Made the waffle mix watery it didn’t come out right it was like gum both days.

The staff was friendly but there were ants in my room, and dirt under the sheets like they had never changed them. Only 1 light in my room worked, the channels on the tv wouldn't work, and the hallway smelled like cat urine.

Location was great Breakfast was a joke, waffle batter disgusting, waffle maker wouldn’t cook waffle all the way through. All that was offered was waffles for breakfast. Parking was atrocious as well. Pool cleanliness was questionable as well

Parking lot& location near freeway and computer passenger/ freight train that ran every 20 min, lobby was ok, room, ok size but mattresses set on tin baseboards, lamp shade at desk seen better days, every time you walked by tv cabinet that housed fridge, it would rattle, the mini fridge didn't get cold enough, blinds were not enough for room darkening, bathroom w toilet/shower small, neighboring area is ?coffee in the morning at 6 am was 1/2 cup, maybe night before stuff? I just would not recommend this hotel at all.

Bed was very loud while walking in the room. (metal siding)

I didn’t like the homeless people sleeping in their cars. I didn’t like the homeless people emptying their cars in front of all the guests and leaving tons of trash in the parking lot. Someone was also definitely smoking cigarettes on the second floor during my stay as well.

And the guests bringing in dogs who can't share an elevator because they'll bite people is gross. I'm honestly surprised Wyndham would have their name on this place.

There was no sound from the tv

Bad receiption list. I come check in her keep talk cell phone with someone. They set up temp air condition 75 degrees too hot. Smell weed in elevator and hallway. Breakfast not good

I did not like that the breakfast was not a full breakfast as advertised, and the waffle maker did not work properly. I was also frustrated that you were going to charge me 30 more because I arrived an hour before the time to check in. Travelers don't always arrive at the time of check-in, and if the room is ready, why can't they check in early? The room is not being used, unless it is a cheap, by the hour hotel.
