Manager was terrible. Staff lack know and there are random bugs. No hot breakfast and overall extremely unprofessional. Newly renovated, but falls very short.

I realize this was a new remodel property and was only open for a short while, so maybe the experience was elevated for that reason. If that is the case I hope they continue in this direction. The staff was very helpful when I need to to have documents printed for my Zoom meeting. The newly hired employee I observed her training one morning and noted she was competently executing the skills the following day. I did approach the desk about location g a second ice machine as the one was not dispensing ice though I could hear it rattling. The staff told me it was the only one and they have observed guest filling coolers so the machine might need a moment to fill and suggested in wait 5 minutes. I returned and it was working fine. This is not a complaint about not having ice but that I was satisfied with the explanation. Maybe they could offer a second ice machine in the future. I know I will stay here again. Thank you to the staff and management.

Modern and spotless hotel. Room is spacious and nice. Parking is plenty. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

No cleaning service. When asked to get the room clean no one ever came to do it

This hotel is newly renovated. Everything that they have is clean and well maintained, but it has some flaws. It has two floors, but it has no elevator. Our room did not have an armchair, only a desk chair and a bench. (When we mentioned this to a member of the staff, she told us that they are working on adding armchairs.) There are no towel bars in the bathroom for hanging towels (there is a bar less than 2 feet off the ground in the front of the sink cabinet). The breakfast does not have eggs or other hot foods (except waffles) that are common in other hotel breakfasts. The breakfast ends at 9:00. When staff were notified around 8:30 that the waffle maker needed more batter, people had to stand around for several minutes while it was being prepared. When it was finally added, we discovered that they added so little batter that it ran out again a few minutes later and people had to wait again. The staff were very friendly, which was nice, and they welcomed my suggestion of towel bars, but as of 6/19/2026 this hotel was not ready to be recommended.
