The location is perfect & the staff were super friendly and helpful There were unpleasant scent coming from the bathroom and I faced a problem in the sink my last day, I believe the hotel need a kind of renovation, however the hotel is perfect and I will stay there again.

The staff’s I stayed at this hotel four years ago when it was one of the best hotels in Seminyak. Sadly, my recent 9-night stay was a huge disappointment. The hotel has noticeably deteriorated. The furniture is worn out, cleanliness standards are poor, towels were not properly clean, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the air conditioning was ineffective, and the elevators frequently experienced issues. We stayed in the hotel’s top-category two-bedroom suite (Room 416), yet there was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. The noise was also excessive, with maintenance work early in the morning and disturbances late at night from guests around the pool. The staff were excellent, professional, and genuinely helpful, but unfortunately their efforts could not compensate for the overall condition of the property. It is disappointing to see a hotel that was once among the best in Seminyak decline to this extent.

When we arrived at the Hotel...we were impressed by the sincerity and the warmness from the staffs welcoming us. The place has very unique designs and colors that make it stand out from others. The locations were really great and convenient. Need a little bit brighter lighting system for the rooms
