The shuttle was very convenient and it felt like they had known me forever :)

The location, ambiance and history of this hotel, made our trip to Ketchikan a trip that will be etched in our hearts and minds forever!

The hotel staff were so kind and very helpful with information about the town and where to get to things. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet got a great night of sleep.

This is an hotel with a lot of character and rustic charm. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door is very good and also has a lot of historical atmosphere. The location is perfect!!!

No elevator but the staff eagerly helped with your luggage, very helpful staff. Nice hot and delicious coffee bar on the landing

It was under construction but everything was fine according to the local ranges around it at the time

I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again. The hotel was charming and wonderful. The staff was awesome...so helpful. Easy to get to and from the airport. Location was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a classic old world hotel that could be in any old western town. It is attached to the best bar restaurant in town, Annabelle’s. The hotel manager is Anthe, and she will do anything she can to help you. The rooms are old—it is a hundred year old hotel— but it is very clean and much of the furniture is new. They will send a taxi to pick you up at the airport, price included, and another to take you back. This will save you a lot. It is in the center of town. I will stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing 🤩🤩 the location sublime.. right next door to the City hall .. I mean . Who can say that about it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Location is perfect and a good restaurant is right next door. Staff were EXCELLENT. They helped call cabs, took care of room requests. The Hotel is almost 100 years old but well maintained over the years. Front Street is obviously in the front so I got a room further back and on a side. Very quiet. :). I'd stay there again everytime.

Beautiful historic property. The facility and staff were top notch!

The hotel is very old but was quite clean. Rooms were a little warm with no A/C. Opened windows. Got smell from rear of restaurant below. Staff was friendly and complimentary shuttle from airport was great. No breakfast, but a decent choice of beverages on the mezzanine Shower water varied in pressure and temperature. Location was good, downtown close to all the touristy things. Probably would return as some other hotels have poor recommendations.

Very clean, quiet and quaint hotel!! Will definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great walkable downtown location. Bonus it is connected to a restaurant/lounge.

Second time I’ve stayed and I’ll be back! Great location right in town. Lovely historic building with clean rooms and everything you need.

Only complaint was the tiny shower.

Perfect location for downtown Ketchikan. Room was clean and staff was attentive.
