Great location in downtown Ketchum. Room was spacious and there were many outdoor areas to sit and enjoy. Bed, pillows and bedding were great. Price was great.

I don't mind paying a premium for peak season in a resort area… but this place doesn't even try. Location is great. Rooms were barren. Breakfast worse than a Hampton inn. Property and rooms tired. Super disappointed at $500 a night

We only stayed one night so we didn’t really get to experience everything that was offered. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for walking into town. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was just okay. The staff was very friendly though.

They never gave me a room. They sent me to another property that was half as nice. We didn’t even stay the night in Ketchum because of this. Will never book here again. I will be leaving a Google review as well.

not like no daily room cleaning, we should’ve known ahead of time. We do not like showing up at the hotel at 10 o’clock at night and no one is there except a phone which accesses an answering service takes 5 to 10 minutes to respond to tell you that your key is in a safe. Problems with the room such as the room safe not being operable cannot be addressed until days later. Absolutely no service and no help. There was no way this was worth over $350 a night.

This hotel was nice, but it’s just not as pictured. The pictures don’t reflect the quality. The rooms are nice, but the outside is kind of just rough. Dirty parking lots, old, but updated as best as they can. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was pretty awful. The fruit was pale in color and nobody running it when they ran out of items. Maybe that was just that day not sure.

Staff was amazing. It was my bday. They made it special. Such a cute, fun place to stay. Yummy breakfast. We walked everywhere. Cant wait to go back.
