Would have given this property 5 stars for great location, room set up, pretty grounds, great staff. Our main complaint was our room had a strong dog odor. Had to leave the patio doors open to air out. Need to set aside rooms for non dog people.

It's old and run down. The pics are not representative of the property. The room and bedding were not bad. The A/C broke down out last night and they moved us to their sister property in town named Hotel Ketchum. I complained because we had to pack up at 9:30pm and move our stuff after dinner. Hotels.com told me that the property did not reply to my complaint. So, that is pretty crappy. I would not ever consider staying there again. It is pretty run down.

Although the hotel is older the rooms and grounds have been updated. Everything was clean and comfortable with a little mountain vibe.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. The shared courtyard was fantastic for our little dog and to have a drink outside. There is ice, common tables and chairs, bikes and laundry on site. The place is a bit older so people walking around upstairs was pretty loud, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
