Good value for money, available parking, my very late check in was handled nicely by the staff, the beach is nearby with bikes and beach furniture for rental.

The best was the location, air conditioning and spacious of the apartment. Very close to the beach, however it was impossible to go to the beach due to the tide, of course was not Coral Reef responsibility, so we had the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was inoperative/closed with a green color our whole stay (8days). Our impression is that with a little investment, you can make a much better stay. Terrible internet service, it was intermittent all the time. Limited kitchen facilities, no microwave, no toaster, uncomplete tools, plates, glasses... Even when the web shows microwave and toaster in the apartments... No Bathmats, very poor towels... All below Key Biscayne standards...

Simple. Clean. Convenient. Quiet m We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was enthusiastic with my sons and their Messi questions and treated us very kindly. We loved the neighborhood and the private beach. It was a little hard to find the reception area, but other guests helped us.

Overall, it was clean, but the water wouldn’t get hot in the shower, just warmish. The pool was extremely green. The elevator worked 75% of the time. Staff was friendly. Lots of parking. Close to the beach and only 20 minute drive to downtown Miami.

We absolutely loved everything about this place except the cockroaches. They freaked us out, so we didn't use the kitchen and were worried the bugs might make their way back home in our luggage.

Nothing The hole place

This hotel was completely awful. The entire facility is dirty and falling apart. There is no reception area to great guest and my name and two room numbers were posted on the door. The keys were left inside of each room which did not have adequate locking systems from the inside. The sheets were dirty and torn. There were stain on the headboards. There is mold in the bathrooms. Our two children did not feel safe staying in these rooms and we had to scramble and find alternative accommodations. I am disappointed after using Bookings for over a decade I have never had an experience like this. see above
