Everything was amazing the Valet Parker the application doesn’t work and had to wait long to get my car twice

Loved the exceptional service from Andy at the pool and Francine at front desk. Issue with checkout payment was promptly resolved by guest services manager Adelia (sp!) and Chloe which I appreciated very much. The attention to detail and excellence was on par with a ritz property. Minor feedback is that the rooms could have been cleaned more consistently across the days. I mentioned it to the front desk and they sent someone immediately to resolve but this is the one area I would say could have been better throughout the stay.

This was a beautiful resort. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food at all the restaurants was fantastic. I’d happily go back here! The beach in August has a lot of sea grass, but that’s not the hotel’s fault obviously. I didn’t love the bathrooms. The showers only have a rain shower head and a half glass door, so part of the shower is open.

Wish we knew there was a seaweed problem. Could not use the beach. Wish we knew more about the daily $70 resort fee and the daily 13% resort fee tax. It was a complete surprise to us when checking out. It includes some stuff that we didn’t know about therefore we never got to take advantage of it.

The location, the facilities and the breakfast was great. We don’t like the shower in the bathtubs.

The room had a disappointing view of the roof. There was only one robe and no make up remover wipes. The Netflix took a long time to work. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the pool area is lovely.

The service from the staff, from the valet, check in, and pool and beach service. They were all amazing!
