The pool was nice and cool, perfect for the sweltering hot day. One of our neighbors seemed to think it was ok to walk around topless and my guy and I and the other guests felt pretty uncomfortable. They make a note to tell you not to play music(we did with everyone’s permission) but no one told the woman she needed to cover up. There were minors staying on property as well. Besides that. Great location on the southern most side and only 3 blocks from Duval. Ac is a window unit with remote, room stayed at 71.

The bathroom light could be less bright, especially with an all white bathroom, it is a bit jarring.

Very close to everything on foot. Easy parking. Cute atmosphere, old Florida charm. Clean The room had a good size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker…little kitchen to fix a meal if you want to. We did not, because so many restaurants are in such short walking distance. Nice pool, clean and enough depth to swim in it for an adult. Friendly and helpful staff. The A/C unit was extremely loud. Like trying to sleep next to a train, and blows the cold air right onto your face and shoulders. Turning it off was not an option as the temperature outside was up in the hundreds. Had to cover my head with a sheet . Did not sleep well once. The bed was very squeaky, I’m sure I kept my neighbors up with my tossing and turning.

I wish that the actual facilities were as nice as the staff. I can’t say enough good things about the lady at the front desk. She made my stay worth it. The pool was also nice and clean. The outdoor area was nice and tropical. The location was perfect. Our room though, was definitely old school Florida, including the plumbing and sugar ants. I’m not sure the last time the dishes were washed, the hidden areas were dusted, or the floors cleaned. None of the doors closed due to settling of the foundation. And I’m not sure that it’s ever been updated, even after being hit my the almost yearly hurricanes. I was thankful for the reservation, but won’t be back.

Nice property for a family stay. The facilities were good. The bedroom AC was a little noisy. Parking is limited on the property but there is ample street parking nearby. The property owner was prompt and accommodating. Overall a decent property for family stay.

Hidden gem, every time we stay it is better than the last. See you soon!

Loud AC

Beth at the front desk was super friendly, and quite pleasant to talk with. Location, super clean pool right outside your door and parking included. Small TV. Truthfully, wasn’t in the room long enough to watch it anyway as this was a quick getaway wknd.

Staff and location was great. Room wad disappointing for the price.

Just like paradise the room was adorable and the staff was great. Location was very close to everything. Pool was clean and amazing to be able to just walk out of the room into the pool.

The best part of our stay was the staff Pam Beth and Stephan were amazing!!??

Location Cleanliness - dead bugs on floor and in shower. Floor not swept properly, sand/grit on floor.

I was in town for a wedding and the property meet all my needs, and I would stay again next visit.
