Everything was great. The air conditioner /central air unit could have been cooler because c it did get hot and muggy in the room/ overnight.

Refused to return security deposit. Transferred to management when I called, picked up and hung up without answering. Called back days later all management not available. Told I would receive a call. Never did, followed up and was told the same thing again. Management in a meeting.

Close to Duval Street. Property was not worth the price. Have stayed in much nicer properties for less. Cleaning team did not restock items. Minor item but toilet paper was AWFUL!

This is a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and just one block away from Duval Street. The onsite restaurant is also a great place to relax, eat and drink with a nice view of the ocean. This resort is also one of the few places that has an actual beach, although we didn't use it due to the amount of seaweed in the water. The rooms were clean and the grounds were well maintained but the staff stole the show with excellent and friendly service. I want to especially thank Stephanie who kept the food and drinks flowing while we camped at the pool for hours. She also serves the beach area and I don't think she stopped moving the entire day and we never had to wait for service. The only negative here is the valet parking requirement for $50 + tax per day and the lack of space in front of the resort to accept vehicles. Basically only 2 vehicles fit so you have to form a long line down the street waiting. They really need more than one valet working at crunch times such as the 4pm check in and 11am check out times. This was our first time in Key West and we mistakenly rented a car which was never used. No need to rent a car as Uber was always a minute or two away and the prices were reasonable. We plan to go back and will stay here again but not rent a car. Key West is a great place and if you get a chance I recommend visiting the Dry Tortugas park by seaplane. We spent the entire day there and it was amazing.

The whole vibe was Key West. From the structure of the place to the beach location! But what impressed me the most was the staff!!! They were absolutely incredible! The front desk staff, the gift shop people, the wait staff in the restaurant, and the pool attendants were all friendly, professional and always willing to help you with anything you needed. From extra towels to directions to where you needed to go in Key West; they were there to help. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome!! In this day and time when customer service is not what it used to be, you stand up and notice when it is exceptional. The Reach staff was exceptional! I highly recommend!

Beach was not well maintained.
-
Location Very unfriendly staff, had to ask 4 times for them to convert the sofa to a bed for my son Old place, not 4 star property at all. Way to expensive for what it is
-
Toilet was broken. Had to ask for it to be fixed. Plus the resort fees and taxes they add on top of the cost you see when you book will cost you over a hundred dollars a day more at checkout.

Best customer service I ever had at a hotel. They have someone you can text for any needs and they answer right away. Rooms were nice only complaint about the room was the shower seemed to use to have a sliding glass door but it must of broke because they had a shower curtain there instead. Great other than that tho

La playa privada estaba obstaculizada por las algas que en gran cantidad la tomaron, tal vez es por el proceso biológico natural en esta época del año,pero fue un hecho que no pudimos disfrutar de esta.

The property is in a great place...close to Duval St. a block from the pier where you get your picture took saying its 90 miles to Cuba, and it has a private beach and wonderful restaurant. The people are friendly and helpful and the shop there has the best blueberry muffins...it does need a little outside work...the balconies could use some love...other than that it is a charming place with nice people

Beautiful resort setting. Everyone was very helpful and our room was spotless. Our brunch at Four Marlins was delicious. Would definitely recommend

I love the location as it is on the quiet end of Duval St. The hotel has many nice views and clean rooms. The elevator was broken and the working one was very slow. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Arrival: The initial appearance of the property was underwhelming for the cost of the rooms. The main lobby is quite small, and even some basic amenities seemed poorly maintained. On our first day, for example, the water dispenser in the lobby took nearly 10 minutes just to fill a small cup. One of the two elevators was frequently out of service, and the functioning elevator felt like a sauna. Hallways: The hallways leading to the rooms felt outdated, poorly maintained, and uncomfortably hot. Room: Our room was small, and despite setting the AC to 68°F, it remained around 70°F. The ceiling fan was essential, but on 3 of our 5 nights, the ceiling light randomly turned on in the middle of the night, waking us up. Engineering told us this was a known issue for about a year, related to controls from another room, and there was no solution. Noise: Roosters can be heard throughout the day and early morning. If you are a light sleeper, be aware. Pool & Beach: Large lizards and roosters were frequently around the pool area. Unfortunately, significant sargassum and its odor also made the beach difficult to enjoy. Overall: This is an expensive resort for the quality of the accommodations, maintenance, and service provided, especially with additional resort fee and 50$/day Valet parking.

Room was clean and comfortable. Some wall fixtures were loose or missing and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while, but overall a great stay. Elevator broke on the first day and still wasn't fixed 3 days later, but hopefully that isn't a common occurrence.
