Southernmost Beach Resort and Guesthouses

The resort was great and the staff went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were very pleased with the amenities. The pools were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Good place to stay close to everything

Everything nice, clean and in the center, but not beach as expected.

The resort was wonderful. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and was a big part of the reason I loved choosing this resort to stay at. It is a decent walk to the other side of Duval street but they have bike and golf cart rentals available at the resort. The pools were nice and relaxing and the cafe was wonderful for breakfast! Great place to stay for all around amenities.

The pool had fun activities all the days we were there. The food was really good at the restaurant on site.

This hotel has a great location, unfortunately the beach on the property is under construction, so no real beach access from the property and there was an unpleasant odor from the beach area. Other than that the room I had in the Dewey House was ok but access in the shower was awkward. the tub height was so high it made getting into the shower a challenge. It also had little brown bugs flitting around the sink area. The pools were nice and the restaurant and staff were great as was the front desk staff. The location right at the end of Duval street is really what makes this place shine. Everything you want to get to is walkable.

Beach water is terrible , dark brown and full of Waste on beach , pretty suffocating smell from sea weed though out the resort Can only use pool

Just not a "resort" like one small bar by a pool and not enough music around the pool area

Do bring your own coffee pot tho absolutely lol Expresso n tiny cups .. yikes Southernmost always a great stay tho!!

Parking and resort fees expensive for what you get.

Place was clean and the concierge was excellent. Dirty and unusable beach. A lot of hidden fees and what was supposed to be included in the amenities were not all true. For instance, bottled water was to be free, but the fine print of the bottle in the rooms stated five dollars a bottle would be added if used. The hotel was far from exceptional, which is what we stated on Expedia. Very disappointing. $50 a day to park in their parking lot, not cool.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the a/c worked very well! You are just a few steps away from the southernmost point buoy and at the quiet end of Duval Street! However, that being said, don’t go during Sargassum season! You could not access the beach and it smelled like rotten eggs. The resort fees ($65) are outrageous and you are charged daily! The only amenities they have are the pools. If you need a parking it’s $50 a day! In my opinion that should be free or at least absorbed in the resort fee!

Gorgeous room with ocean view, quiet stay with plenty of fun activities offered, good food and friendly staff!

Great location. Clean rooms. Very pleased with the hotel.

I had a major issue booking this hotel with Expedia. I booked what I thought was a balcony room with partial ocean view and when I got there, it was a one window room facing the bottom of the stairs and it smelled like wet mop. There was no such thing as partial view, when all I could see was the stairs case. THANKFULLY, the hotel staff was able to confirm my situation and they were able to upgrade my room of course with an additional payment.

Super clean room! So many things to do- pool, beach, restaurants!! Staff was super awesome and friendly. We loved it!!!

The property was quiet and in a good location to walk various places.
