Great spot in a great location. Nice walk to the downtown core area. Parking off site is so easy. Really just a few steps away. Nice pool and breakfast. Would stay again.

The breakfast was good waffles, cereal, milk, oj bagels muffins, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. The front staff Anthony was great, very helpful and kind. My room was updated 414 it was nice and peaceful. It was clean and cool. The bed did sway on the left side like someone was too heavy broke the springs. But overall it was a good place for my first time in Key West. I will come back her again.

Staff was Amazing!

This is the perfect place for adults who want to relax. The staff is always friendly. It has two very comfortable, swimming pools. The hotel is always very clean and well-maintained. It's just steps from Duval Street, but you can't hear the hustle and bustle! This has become our home away from home.

Need to upgrade more the rooms.

Amazing place awesome people

Rooms were clean. Only complaints we had was we stayed in room 122 in the main building and could hear every conversation from outside the room due to a vent in the wall on the hallway side. Also the water pressure in the shower made it difficult for my wife to rinse her hair after shampooing.

Pros: Nice breakfast. Quiet room. Good location. Close to Duval St. Relaxing pools and hot tub. Office & maintenance staff nice. Cons: Small room. Uncomfortable mattress. Gap at bottom of door that we put a towel across to keep things out but lizard, frog & centipede got in room anyways. The manager Michael lacks communication skills. I tried 2.5 weeks to get a response from him if any of the room cost for a nights fee would be refunded from us leaving a day early after waking up 2 mornings with bug bites on legs. I couldn’t ‘see’ any bugs in bed but definitely woke up to bug bites each morning there. 1 day of parking and amenity fees were refunded but office lady said manager could refund more due to why we left early, she even saw some of the bites on legs. But manager never replied to my messages or returned my calls.

Anyhow, if you are traveling by yourself, I recommend this place unless: you are super tall, need to be in a 65° room, or have trouble with stairs.

First of all Anthony at the front desk was very helpful and kind. We needed to book into another room at the end of our stay because we had a late flight and needed more than just a “late check out”, he found us a great room for the day at a good rate. The rooms are no frills but beds are comfy ( although the poly cotton sheets and poly fill comforter are a NO GO!). And the room and resort are very clean. The wine and cheese at 5 is great and the breakfast is fabulous ( make your own waffles is a winner!) my only complaint was there are huge iguanas that come out every day at 5 for happy hour ( yes, I’m serious). Some fools have obvious been feeding them and they are a nuisance and frequently poop in the pool. It’s cleaned up right away but the big pool is a no go for me after 5. Frenchies Nextdoor is awesome for wonderful croissants and quiche and the Banana cafe around the corner delivers. All in all a good stay. They do need to do something about those sheets though!

Great stay! Nothing fancy. Nice staff and well taken care

Property was fine, nothing above the standard of "good", staff was not very helpful regarding any questions due to a very prominent language barrier, and a seemingly lack of desire to do anything outside of policy implemented by ownership that is disconnected from modern accommodations. 3/5 stars overall for me. Won't be back.

There isn’t any elevator’s so if you have issues climbing 2-3 flight of stairs ask if they have something on the 1st floor.

The hotel was perfect for what we need it for, a place to stay at night. ...the pool clean and the happy hours extra, wine-food, were extra (free-unexpected) and great....nice quiet atmosphere....The entrance on the 2nd building should be clean a little more, dirty carpet and smell a little

Loved the pools! I was glad there was a hot tub, but I never used it. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature for sultry Key West days. My room was small but clean and the towels were replenished daily. Tons of pillows! The bed was a little hard but not too bad. I loved having my own balcony, but there were lots of common areas to hang out with other people, too. Hotel is close to a couple of restaurants and bars and even a small market (Ana’s) with a deli inside. Close to Duval and just a mile walk to Mallory Square. The bathroom door in my room didn’t open all the way because of the nightstand next to the bed - a minor inconvenience. Keurig and pods were stocked and the room also had a nice sized mini fridge. The shower was great! Nice bathroom overall, just a little hard to get into. I would stay at thr Southernmost Inn again, mostly because of the pools and the fun people I met there. Advice: come in May before it gets too hot or wait until September. The sargassum usually arrives in June and it’s smelly! July and August are just too hot for me…and I lived in Hawai’i for 15 years!

Excellent location & friendly staff with a wonderful complementary breakfast as well as a happy hour with wine & cheese.

Plan for parking if you bring rental or own car. They are by busy areas, so drive carefully

Didn't use the hot tub in the middle of August. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, towels were clean and well maintained, air conditioning blew nice and cold! Staff were pleasant, we didn't need much from them. We didn't bother to go to the breakfast because we are gluten free and they said they didn't have stuff for that. Was fine because we knew ahead of time. The location was the BEST, super convenient to everything we wanted to walk around town, was right off Duval St., had a great time, GREAT WALKING AREA. Thanks! Highly recommend.
