H2O Suites - Adults Only

The entire property was amazingly clean, quiet, and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless as well. We especially loved all of the added amenities—the ice maker, Keurig, private pool, nightly turndown service, and the convenient drinks and snacks available right in the room. Everything made our stay feel extra comfortable and special. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely amazing!!!! My wife and I celebrated our 20 yr anniversary here and enjoyed every moment. Private Swimming pool, spacious room and great service. Everything was super clean which is big for us!!!

Stairway up to our suite was not the best but staff carried my bag up for me. Great idea for dining out. Concierge offered to get the golfcart rental we considered but we changed our mind. Rooms are very nice and spacious. The walk in shower is nice- could use some safetystrips in the floor of the shower.

What an outstanding stay my husband and I had! The room was immaculate, the staff so accommodating from care of the room to helping us with a golf cart rental. The roof top pool was beautiful and staff there was wonderful. We will be booking there again, hoping to get one of the private swimming pool rooms!!!

Great location, our plunge pool was great after a hot morning. The modern room was beautiful and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. My only complaint would be not a single space to hang a wet towel. Between shower and pool there were so many wet towels on the floor making the space very messy

Great place to stay!

I will definitely stay here again. This hotel was very well kept, the staff was awesome. I couldn't see myself staying anywhere else in the Keys.

The only new hotel in Key West. We will be back.

Great location, clean room loved the private pool. Great happy hour at the roof top pool and bar. Great staff. Azul was the best at the front desk. Went out of her way with help on renting a golf cart, Restaurants, etc.

They have thought about everything you could possibly need in your room. The service they provide is amazing! The most relaxing place on Key West to be at! This is the second time at the H2O suites and the lived up to our memory and more! Nothing!

The room was amazing! Spacious with private patio. We were walked in by staff and told all the specifics. The bed was super comfortable. The staff came in at to turn down the bed and leave muffins. The room was cleaned and restocked daily. Bar items were available for purchase but also had a few free items. I saw someone cleaning the outdoor common area daily. The front office staff would book excursions if asked. The pool was amazing! Roof top was perfect! The bartender Janeen was the best. She gave us lots of history and ideas on no. Touristy places to eat. She would come by and ask us what else we wanted when she saw out drinks empty. It was walking distance to everything! The two tvs... one controller would turn on both and once you turned on off, if you tried to turn the other off than the other would come in. Just annoying is all. It was pricey but totally worth it!

Absolutely fabulous little hotel with only 22 rooms. The attention to detail here was second to none! From welcome champagne, daily freshly baked muffins at turn down and afternoon sangrias in the pool to the lovely gift on check out… they have thought of everything! The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable and the gardens and pool immaculate: comfortable bed, huge bathroom and great location. Parking was expensive at $40 a day but we felt it was worth the cost for the convenience: would highly recommend if you are looking for a boutique hotel a short walk from duval street. Staff were so lovely too. Thanks for a great trip!

Loved it. Not too many people with all the amenities

Our favorite hotel there is! Amazing rooms and an even better staff. Best turn down service we have ever experienced with yummy muffins and dove bars, housekeeping is amazing! Roof top pool is first class and the bar tender Angie makes you feel at home!
