Nice facilities, excellent rooms.

Great location

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was clean, the property was also clean and the pool area was well taken care of. However, the elevator to our building was out the entire time of our stay and there seemed to be no attempts or urgency in fixing it. Not a huge deal to walk the stairs for us, but when moving luggage around it was. I wondered how the elderly staying here did as well. We had no room service the entire time, although we could request new towels to be delivered to the room. But no bedding and no trash removal...after 5 days it added up. This is the reason for 3 stars. The staff seemed great and again the property seemed clean.

The room was excellent. The staffs was so nice and didn't have no problem getting you bag of ice at any time. The breakfast bar wasnt open because its still getting work on. But an all it was nice an we had a great time. Thank you

Beach towels were provided but had to go all the way to the front desk to get. Wasn't told this at check in. Beach wasn't really usable because of seaweed

No usable beach,no phone in room,no ice machine. Had to ask for shower amenities. Some staff were excellent other found their cell phone more interesting. Decent place but NOT what was advertised

Clean rooms, excellent and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a beautiful balcony. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property was beautiful but there were several issues that were hard to look past. Half the elevators were out of service, pool had no towels consistently and not enough chairs. Housekeeping left our door open twice, even after bringing it to the front desk’s attention the first time. Can’t even get housekeeping service without an additional $100 charge, but we were able to get them to drop off towels, woo hoo. (Hence them leaving the door open). Paid $2k for the 2 bedroom oceanfront suite and it was beautiful and a great view but was missing a cabinet door and 3 door handles were broken throughout the condo, leading me to get stuck in the bathroom and having to call someone to let me out from the other side. They have a number to “text” the front desk, I brought these issues and others to their attention during our stay via and no one answered. Ended up going to the front desk to address and they pushed me off to the next day since no “manager” was on duty. Have to go to the front desk’s attention for ice which was annoying and inconvenient. You expect a certain standard when staying at a nicer expensive place, but this place was not up to par.

My biggest negative was definitely the staff. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly or welcoming. Almost every time we approached the front desk, the employees were on their phones, which came across as very unprofessional. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I definitely feel there is room for improvement when it comes to hospitality and making guests feel welcome. For the price, I also felt the hotel was overpriced for the overall experience. While there were definitely some things we enjoyed, would I stay here again? Probably not.

If you want a clean nice hotel, you can’t find a better place for the price. The staff was really polite and very friendly. Definitely worth the money !

Clean property, nice pool, and private beach

This was my second stay, I will be back!!! Everything was lovely, and I learned that if it’s your birthday Tavern and Town will give a FREE ENTREE, I got the prime steak with mashed potato, that’s almost $70 worth of food!!!

Place was great but the only issue we had was appliances need to be upgraded. The dishwasher & washer/ dryer not working.

The staff seemed confused and did not appear to know what they were doing. When we were trying to find our room, they actually sent us to the hotel next door, which was extremely frustrating. Another inconvenience is that breakfast does not start until 8:00 AM, which is quite late for guests who need to get an early start. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, organization, and staff training. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.
