Blue Flamingo Resort Key West

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were very clean showers were hot, and the ac was on. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay while in town.

I have nothing but good things to say about this property. Since we arrived staff was incredibly nice. We had a few questions and the employee Jose was always happy to answer any questions we had. They explained all the amenities and info about our stay. The room was beautiful and clean. We had more than enough towels in the bathroom for a few days. The food and drinks were great. In overall a great experience. Definitely coming back.

2 pools were awesome, great location close to Mallory square, rooms were clean, staff was great. They upgraded our room and provided great service!

Absolutely loved this resort! From the checkin process to the cleanliness of the resort, pools and lobby everything was amazing! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Key West.

Highly recommend including the breakfast in your stay it was worth it! The only complaint was that we wished the “yard” area did not close at 11pm with the pool. It would’ve been nice if the yard area stayed open longer to relax.

This place was really nice. It was very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor pools, food and bar. There is lots of activities outside to do with your family and friends. We didn’t have a problem at all while we stayed there. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Key West. This is the best place I have stayed at.

The staff was great, very easy to get there. It was a solo trip and I enjoyed. Going with someone or a group you are going to enjoy more there’s a lot of activities. The happy hours in the bars next to the pool is a plus.

Some family members did not fair as well, PAYING EXTRA FOR rooms NOT being ready at the time of check in, Hot water not working, took a day or two to get fixed and (COCKROACHES) in one room which they were moved to another room. We all had issues with our wrist bands to get in the rooms. Reset at front desk. The smoking area was a the front entrance, at times there was a fog and it smelled bad. Breakfast choices are Starbuck's an awesome staff or The Toasted Coconut which is very limited and over priced for what you got. The shuttle service, it fills up fast & the scheduled pick up & drop off times are not dependable. Best mode of transportaion is moped, bikes or golf carts which are expensive to rent & when you go downtown you have to pay for parking which is $21.00-$23.00 for 1-2 hours. If you are traveling in your own vehicle, you pay $15.00 daily resort fee & for parking downtown. We spent lots of $$$ on Lyft's and Uber's. Some recommendations, add a shuttle driver & offer shuttle from airport, a free or half price breakfast. Have a drink station for water, tea or coffee, for those who want to sit and visit in the lobby area. If the Karaoke Cabana was free people would have used it. Free parking for resort Customers.

Apart from this, it was a very nice stay. Location wise very good. Nice amenities. liked both the swimming pools, and super warm water. it was so tough to get hold of pool tables, foos ball tables etc - always someone playing, and they play for hours together. wish there was some kind of time limitations for others to use it too. Food in restaurant could be better. The bars were good ,but slightly expensive. Hotel staff were super friendly and amazing service overall. parking was good. wish they had their own laudry.. had to carry laundary to the next building and back - which was a bit of a struggle. wanted to give a 3.5 star, but gave it 4 stars.

This resort is amazing. We have stayed here for the past 3 years and plan to go back again next year. The only thing that I would have a small complaint is there is no microwave in the rooms. We wasted alot of leftover food from restaurants because there was no way to heat it back up. After the first couple of meals we learned to eat appetizers or share an entree.

Amazing place! We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The amenities were excellent and really made our stay special. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Key West. Five stars.

Excellent! Everything was very clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of amenities. I loved how the property included so many games and activities to do. All the chickens made it more lively. The gift shop had a good selection of items, and the lobby and rooms were very well appointed. Food at the restaurants were delicious and reasonably priced, definitely worth getting the breakfast included. Definitely coming back for future trips!

Cancelled reservation in April and 3 times since. Still got notifications that we were supposed to be there. Lots of finger pointing back and forth between Expedia and hotel

Our stay was amazing! The property was very taken care of and loved all the amenities the hotel offered! Will definitely be booking again for our yearly trip!
