I would also recommend calling before your arrival and confirming your stay. My Hotels app had me arriving Friday and checking out Sunday, but the receptionist only has me staying for 1 night. I’m not sure who’s fault that is, but it was annoying to have to go on the Hyatts website and book 1 night. Luckily they had availability.

We booked a 1-bedroom unit it was updated and very nice. We had a beautiful view and saw amazing sunsets. The one big negative was we didn't realize the bed was a full size and not a Queen, outside our window a rooster woke us up every day at about 4am and kept crowing every few minutes. The cruise ships park in front of property and blocks most of the view they depart by 5:00 pm.

It was a very nice resort I would just warn about reading the fine print between a 30.00 a day resort fee and a 40.00 a day parking fee that’s on top of already paying for your room and no Continental breakfast just wish I would have read closer. All this should be in your price upon booking just my opinion.

Everything about the resort was amazing. Definitely will be returning in the near future. The staff were so kind and personable. Parking was easy and the room was clean. We don’t have 1 negative things to mention.

You need to do better describing the property… no beach yet photos of the beach on site and description! Very disappointed in Expedia !!! I book with you alit and now I will look elsewhere for resorts! Not worth the money we were charged!!!!

Place was amazing, location was perfect. The hotel has no control over this but the only downside was the big cruise ships, to be.

Wonderful helpful staff, rooms are provided with what you need to do laundry during your stay. About a 4-5 min walk to museums and Duvall st. Studio Room was very clean and perfectly fit our needs.

Pool area is nice. Location is great, close to Duval street and Mallory Square.

Excellent place to be in the middle of everything. Right close by Duval street. My family and I loved the place.

Parking was expensive, but understandable.
