The resort itself was amazing , the views are Everything , however I made a mistake whiles booking my ticket and I had to leave one night earlier so I asked the receptionist for assistance since I called Expedia and they told me it’s up to the property , her response was “I cannot help you , you can either stay the night or leave early “ I explained to her from Miami to key west is 4 hrs drive and i atleast wanted my husband to rest before travelling , we ended up staying the full time - the ac in the room made noise whole night , the bathroom is really tiny , if you’re washing your hair , be prepared to knock your elbows up !

Room too small and breakfast not so good

Great property outside of old town. We really enjoyed the serene environment with the turtles and private beaches. Breakfast was great! We didn’t have a car so we rented bikes and did the 15 minute ride to Duval. Great place to experience the keys vibe. It’s not old town, but if you have a lot of activities planned, it’s a great home base to see the lower keys

The Bad: The rooms are in need of repairs. Drywall corners cracking. Lock bolts on front door to room sticks. The sliding glass back door of each room is poorly designed and the bar that serves as a “lock” can easily be picked from the outside. It was an ok place to stay.

Amenities were few and poor Breakfast is the best part of the stay nicely laid out and by the water But the room itself is terrible shower area isn't clean and I found a used soap bar on top of the shower The bed was also uncomfortable the ac didn't work and the doors had cracks and leaks

Very good

Room was beautifully decorated and more than enough space for our family. The shower we had was extremely small though, so just a word of caution for us bigger-boned folk! I made it work but it wasn't easy. Breakfast is at the restaurant and was good. Pool is great, private beach is great. We lived all the wildlife around! We definitely recommend.

My husband and I used took this trip for our anniversary. The property was lovely and the staff especially the manager. He went above and beyond every single day! From bringing drinks while lounging at pool, bringing fresh fruit out, and helping in anyway possible.

room wasn’t clean when we first got there we had switched a couple times in between rooms because I kept booking more days but each time there was something wrong in the first room. The light wouldn’t stay off. It kept turning itself back on. There was suspected blood stains on the flower sheet on the bed and there was a lot of flies inside of the room. The staff was OK. I didn’t really interact with them as much throughout my stay, but during the end of it, the front desk lady was the rudest person I have ever met when I gave her back my keys after accidentally being late for checkout and trying to rush back from our charter. She tried to charge me $100 and didn’t say a single word to me when I brought the keys back, I should have thrown them at her face.

We just loved this little resort. It’s close to all and right on the water.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was somewhat clean. I saw a few things were floating by that I didn't like.
