The rooms was spacious and immaculate. Check in was very pleasant, we were greeted with mimosas by the staff. The pool and restaurant were amazing as well. Centralized location just minutes form restaurants and activities.

Room was really nice with 2 steps to be on the sand and some more steps to get to the deck and mangroves. We could watch Sun sets from there. Beautiful! Everything was clean. We did like the morning coffee on the deck with cream bought in the nearby Publix (a 3 minutes walk). We absolutely loved the view. We were not able to fix the shower temperature, unfortunately. Chairs in the room were looking old but we did not have time to sit in the room.

The backyard, the welcome drink, the location all contributed to make this a great stay. The staff were great as well. It's a great place to stay as a family or a couple.

This was our second time at parrot Bay resort the only thing I wish is hotel had was its own private beach but other than that, everything is excellent staff is friendly rooms are spacious and nice layout of the property is easy to access and I especially enjoy the jet ski tours

We love the ambiance and quiet adults only pool. The shuttle to and from downtown and the beach is also wonderful. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Lipstick on a pig. Overpriced for the amenities. Rooms are fine looking but not great. Staff really doesn’t excel at service. Amenity daily rate doesn’t make sense with what you get. Restaurant is abysmal.
