Excellent place to stay.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy establishment. The customer service was impeccable; they promptly sent someone to check the faulty TV in our room within three minutes. The cocktails and food were delicious and reasonably priced. However, we did wish they offered more entertainment options for children. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend it.

Beach avoid due to seaweed issues ; may want to check on timing . Seaweed is a big issue.

Room was very clean and organized. They always have stacked of water bottles and fresh towels when you need them. They make up the bed, clean the floor and bathroom every day. Staff are nice and helpful. Outdoor pool is nice, clean and warm. Hot tub is also nice and clean! We have a pool view which is nice if you just want to hangout in the balcony and relax or maybe read your favorite book.

The beach was awful. The staff were rude. The outdoor pool is way smaller than it appears in pictures and there aren’t enough chairs. The room was fine.

Only issue for me was the location. I found it far from downtown or old town. But Hotel is nice with good food and vibes

This was our second stay here and we've already booked our third trip for January. We loved how close the resort was to the airport, 5 minute ride with their friendly driver Bob! The beds are so comfortable in this resort. We had a two bedroom suite, which worked out perfectly traveling with my mom so she didn't have to stay in a room alone. The pool area is so beautiful, there are always plenty of towels. We loved the shuttle down to Old Town, we utilized it daily, Johnny is such a knowledgeable driver and shares tons of facts about Key West and great recommendations for restaurants etc.

The hotal is very comfy, I really appreciated staying in there, for sure I you book more times.

I like the restaurant and the bar down by the pool Prices were too high on the food, not enough variety if you had little kids and the place needed to be repainted and updated

The property was well kept and maintained well. Love the shuttle busses to the airport and downtown area.
