Pier House Resort & Spa

We were treated with complete attention to any of our requests and questions. We typically select a resort with at least a guest laundry, if no in-room washer/dryer, but the laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced. The daily refreshing of linens was nice--seems like that has to be requested at many resorts now or is only after a few nights. They did a good job keeping the sargassum out of the Pier House swimming area and off the beach. Several of the ice machines didn't work, minor inconvenience. We would absolutely stay there again.

We loved our stay! Within walking distance to so much, the grounds felt tropical and the private beach was a definite plus. Good food and drink options too.

Great stay great location

Great location and staff!

This place was great! The rooms are dated and don't have smart TVs, so you can't catch up on anything streaming at night, but the private beach and pool area make up for it! Everyone was very nice. I'll say we brought our 7 year old and he was one of maybe 5 children there so it's not very child friendly but he had a great time.

Great location, helpful staff with places to eat and sites to see. Pool was warm but that’s because it was 100 out there! Floats for beach area great idea but maybe need more in the busy season. Restaurant and bar area very nice. Would stay there again any day.

The staff was great. Super friendly and helpful inclusive of the bell men, maids, bartenders and front desk. Everything I needed was supplied. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Room was ok only, AC had issues and location was difficult. There were upgraded rooms available but the charges didn’t make any sense, $50 a night for a room the same size but a slightly better location. Beach area was nice, location is great, Beach attendant couldn’t be bothered to help guests, Food servers never picked up after serving which left the birds to clean off the plates. You get the idea, great location not so great service.

Beautiful hotel with a great sand beach. Perfect location, right on Duval, but a quiet garden resort. The showers are to die for. Would stay here again.

This was a convenient, perfect hotel for a last-minute getaway to Key West. It sits at the end of Duval St, right on the beach. We had access to swim in their private small beach area or pool. They had a fun pub room, tiki bar, and restaurant on the premises. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise views, and we could walk to shopping, museums, restaurants, and bars. The room was fresh and clean, with comfortable beds.

Outside of the blood in the shower, the stay was great; amenities were nice, staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly, the staff signing out towels was diligent, the pathways were clear, trees trimmed.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely try to book again!!!
