Baymont by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt. Rushmore

Our double room was so small we could barely get around. Ac was extremely loud, so much humidity in the room there was mold on the ceiling, bathroom floors were filthy. Will never stay at this property again.

How close it was to things. My room was dirty. Rooms are extremely small. Staff isnt helpful. The view is so small you need binoculars. For what i paid i was extremely disappointed. And there was a car alarm going off in the middle of the night for over an hour

Great location! Breakfast foods were horrible! Sausage sat in an inch of grease; scrambled eggs were sheet pan eggs and tasted blah. Toaster burned toast on bottom so could possibly need a cleaning. Milk - in fridge that was dirty aka not cleaned. Couldn’t believe there was actually a TIP vase on the counter, let alone, by the food. Room wise, AC worked great. Bed was comfortable but found that there is a mouse living within the box spring. We were “visited” by him in the morning.

The location was perfect. The staff ,Angel, at the entrance was wonderful. He was patient and very helpful. Our room was not clean. The carpet was very stained. We had a 1st floor room because we had our dog with us. The room was tiny. The bathroom was in good working order. The remote control for the tv didn’t work and didn’t get fixed.

Extremely poor experience. Raphael from the desk tried (somewhat) to assist but tough to overcome all the issues! Parking is terrible. One elevator, and that was out-of-order, also not informed at check-in. Smallest room I have ever stayed in, and I travel all the time...even smaller than NYC or Downtown Chicago hotels. A/C was so LOUD. Missing remote control for the tv...Raphael helped with that one. Wifi did not work. Room was dirty and unkept. Just keep driving...if I had a second night, I would not have stayed and just travelled down the road.

What's the manager was very nice, because of the pictures I showed her of the room, she awarded us Wyndham points. If you've never been there before it is tricky to know where the entrance is to the hotel, i would hate to take that high driveway up to the hotel in the winter.

There was plenty of food for breakfast in the morning. And the property is up on the hill where you can overlook the town and see the presidents faces.

Best hotel stay on three week swing thru the Rockies

Location, cleanliness, room layout. WiFi, breakfast. No biscuits, gravy or scrambled eggs. My dad has Alph- gal. He couldn’t eat any protein. Except a boiled egg! Western omelette had meat in it. Also, the waffle makers did not work. Not a lot to choose from if you wanted a hit breakfast. Worst breakfast on vacation.

Good location. Great breakfast. Roomy bathroom. Handicap rooms were ok but parking was on a slant so handicap folks have a difficult time getting to the room. Also the air conditioner had on fan speed and didnt cool sufficiently.
