Nice and clean hotel Nothing all was good

The location of Lacol Khao Yai is excellent, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The resort is large and very busy, particularly with Bangkok families escaping the city’s heat and pollution for Khao Yai’s cooler, cleaner mountain air. The 80 m² Hillside Residence we booked was poorly furnished and felt like a low-budget IKEA showroom, complete with fake hollow books, an inexpensive sofa, and a basic throw rug. The bathroom design was especially poor, with one heavy sliding door that could close off either the toilet or the shower, but not both. The entire arrangement felt absurd. Breakfast was extremely crowded, and the healthy choices were very limited. Processed meats appeared in many dishes, including hot dogs in the fried rice. It was certainly an experience we will not forget, but we are very unlikely to return to this property.

We stay mostly at the Marriott “W” line of hotels which has exceptional beds. This Unit was equal to that of the studios we stay at the “W” hotels. Extremely comfortable and a very convenient location. Staff were excellent. Hotel food was excellent. Gym was a weak but for a few night stay, one can get by. The room was spacious and comfortable; the swimming pool was a good size; there was adequate car parking at the hotel. It would have been nice if the breakfast could have included cold meats (ham, salami, etc.)

Not too bad and not too good. Enough for our appetide. Good scenery. Eating breakfast beside the pool we are enjoying. Breakfast choices is not that much. Some of the food is too spicy. And if u stay there for few days, u will see the food is almost the same.

Location is wonderful restaurants near also tourist places not far . I suggest families to stay in in this hotel .

We had a very pleasant stay while exploring the National Park. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Communication with the hotel via email and Whatsapp was a bit slow prior to our arrival. It's better to call them directly if urgent.

But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the very first moment, the staff helped us book a guide for a full-day tour of Khao Yai National Park, and on an evening when we couldn’t find anywhere to eat because all the nearby restaurants were already closed, they even arranged a ride for us to 7/11. We especially want to mention Yumi from the reception, who was beyond amazing. After we checked out, she discovered that we had forgotten some important items at the hotel—just a few hours before our flight back to Israel. Yumi not only found everything, but also personally assisted me throughout the entire process: packing the items, arranging the shipment, and making sure the package would reach us on time in Bangkok. She was patient, professional, kind, and had the biggest heart. We truly felt that she went above and beyond to help us, which is far from obvious. המקלחות צריכות שיפוץ ותחזוקה ..

Good value for money

The Manager’s attention to my issues was handled well. I think they should be well communicate in English to avoid misunderstandings.
