The staff was courteous, and we enjoyed the live singing performance during our stay. Room Allocation Issue: I had booked my stay through Booking.com and was offered a free room upgrade during the booking process. However, upon check-in, I was allotted a deluxe room with no upgrade provided. After raising this issue, along with other concerns such as the lack of hot water, I was finally upgraded to the appropriate room late at night and had to shift rooms mid-stay. Breakfast Experience: The advertised breakfast timing was 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, but when we arrived at the dining area, the buffet was not ready. We had to wait a considerable amount of time for all the menu items to be made available, which ultimately delayed our checkout Amenities: The amenities, such as the pool table and gym, were below expectations. gym, in particular, was subpar . The Wi-Fi at the resort was unreliable, and there was no Airtel network coverage, which made staying connected quite challenging. This resort may be suitable for travelers on a tight budget, but I personally found the experience unsatisfactory.

The staff is very courteous and the property is located amidst the buffer zones of Jim Corbett. The food is also very good. Some improvements can be done for the existing sports facilities at the premises.

The stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was exceptional! Totally recommended. We went on a jungle walk with the activity manager Kamal Pant. Nothing. Everything was pretty good!

The food was too good and the staff was also polite and attentive. Smallest things were missing in the room including bathroom slippers etc and the bed was too old that the wood was coming out of it.

The stay was absolutely amazing, the staff the food was brilliant. Specially Mr. Sundar helped us a lot as we were 2 girls travelling alone with kids n reached there at late still they served the food n security wise amazing n safe place to stay. Highly highly recommend to visit guys .

Location of the property, food was delicious I want to express my dissatisfaction with the staff's behavior, particularly Receptionist Yash, who was extremely rude during check-in. Despite suggesting a reasonable delay to settle the payment, Yash's arrogant attitude was unacceptable. Additionally, Property Manager Rakesh Jain, who initially agreed to a 25% food discount documented on WhatsApp, later reneged on the deal by claiming it only applied to buffets. Ironically, no buffet was even offered during our stay, forcing us to pay the full bill. I'm relieved I didn't agree to cancel the booking through bookings.com as per Rakesh Jain's request, opting instead to handle bookings and payments through other means. These incidents highlight the unprofessionalism of the staff, and I strongly advise against staying at this property. It's my recommendation that this establishment be blacklisted from all platforms.

The best part was they have live singing daily at the property, You can bring the booze outside in the garden area, enjoy the live music with bonfire. The food was also nice :) The Property is located 4-5 kms in the forest i,e you need to leave the highway, travel in a very narrow road to reach the hotel Please note - There would ne no networks/mobile internet available except you are a JIO customer Please do not rely on resorts wifi as it keeps fluctuating
