A perfect serene getaway. The hotel is clean, spacious, and peaceful, located away from the town’s hustle in the heart of Jim Corbett—truly calming and refreshing. The staff are extremely cooperative and hospitable. Special thanks to Tribhuvan and Sudhir for their great service, and a special shout-out to Nisha from the restaurant—she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Excellent team overall.

Staff was very helpful and polite, especially Mr. Sudhir & Ms. Khushi at reception and Ms. Nisha in the restaurant.

The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and incredibly peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the food, which was some of the best we’ve had during our travels in India so far. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating—the restaurant team, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed here in January and were disappointed by the room conditions. The rooms were very cold, and while a small electric heater was provided, it was noisy to run. Additionally, the bathrooms weren't well-cleaned, and one of our two rooms had a persistent, unpleasant odor. A note on the location: The map on Booking.com is inaccurate; the property is much further from the park than it appears. It actually takes about 25 minutes to reach Bijrani Gate and 40 minutes to Dhela Gate. While manageable with a private driver, the 'close' location shown online is misleading.

Food ordered ala carta was not upto the mark. Tea costing 100+tax was taste less. Water came from somewhere and clogged infront of Room entrance(504)

Property is good and clean and but away from main market. The food needs improvement and also bit on an expensive side. Breakfast options are limited and needs improvement. Their Kumaoni food is really good and must try.

The staff is polite and accommodating with your requests. We had requested to provide our lunch a bit early as we were travelling back to delhi.

Nothing , everything is good We did not feel as if we had come somewhere else, we were treated like home, we were very happy and we will come again.

The location of property is good. Management in restaurant needs improvement

Food Pathetic service. We had a low voltage issue in our room and when we called then only it got fixed. The whole night ac wasn't working and the fan was running super slow. We called 10 times in a span of 2 days and it gets fixed only when we call. After an hour things are the same. The staff was irresponsible. Apart from food we suffered only. It didn't feel like a holiday instead of just talking to the reception, manager and staff to get things fixed. Pathetic service awesome food. We even requested to cancel our next day stay due to these issues but they said they can't refund what we paid in advance even for the coming days.
