Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Killeen

Absolutely horrible stay we had a another guest peeking in our window and when I went to tell the front desk, they literally told me it’s a public sidewalk and proceeded to kick me, and my daughter are out of the hotel instead of talking to the little old lady that’s peeking in our window talking about my daughter Daughter and me inappropriately I will never see this Hotel again and I did not recommend it for anyone. The pool was disgusting and green and slimy and not open the breakfast. There was none. It says that they have breakfast from 6 to 9 not once did they have any food not once that I stay there for a week staff members were awful and rude! Their Wi-Fi was broken most of our stay and they had people coming in and out of our room all hours of the day, sometimes even the night to fix the Wi-Fi! This hotel really needs to get it together and should not be charging half of what they’re charging for the trash they’re delivering

Friendly staff, accommodates pets. The decor and amenities were very dated. The bathtub had stains on the floor, and the room and halls had a musty smell. One of the bed comforters was so worn that the filling was pilled up in balls. There weren’t any extra face or hand towels, no extra toilet paper, and both of the lamps in the room didn’t have light bulbs—I had to ask the front desk to replace them. The breakfast provided in the morning was pizza rolls! They had run out of food.

Staff was friendly . The problem was that no breakfast available, not able to use the swimming pool , my wife and sister in law was trapped in the elevator, phone wasn't working. The TV was old and outdated.

Had to ask for additional Toilet paper and towels. Pool was not available

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and you could tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property well maintained. The parking was convenient and there was plenty of space, which made coming and going easy. The room with the kitchen was the best part of my stay it was spacious, well-equipped, and made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

Cant wait for the renovationsto get done. This hotel was amazing. Me and my wife enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will be coming back

The pool was shut down due to a remodel. 😒 The room was dated and most of the light fixtures did not match neither did some of the furniture. The TV was the smallest most outdated TV I've ever seen in any hotel/motel. The towels were straight up members mark and pillows were mainstays. The staff was friendly and inviting.

The carpets were filthy. Rooms were wiped but not real clean. None of the ice machines worked. You had to go all the way to the first floor. Pool is shut down. And restaurant is never open.

I liked it had a kitchen and was close to a lot of stores They don’t tell you the pool doesn’t work till you get there , the room wasn’t all the way clean (bathroom) ac didn’t work , no pool , old tvs

Pool, closed. Ice machine, out. Laundry room, OOO. Tv in our room, not working at all. Fine, it was a one night stay. My mom’s room had flooring. Doesn’t look like they ever moped it. Ever! We had carpet. Not too bad. Beds were comfy. Big and spacious room. Good for a day, other than that, I don’t know if I would stay there. Staff in registration were so nice!
