Your staff was excellent and very pleasant. The room was clean and smoke free and I love the little kitchenette area even though I did not use it. I plan to stay there again thank you for your services.only

The check-in was easy and seamless you do have to give a $100 deposit which is not returned/credited for 72 hours. The hotel is in the midst of being updated. The floors need to be scrubbed, but otherwise the bed and bathroom was neat and clean.

Not clean

The fan in the bathroom sounded like someone red-lining a car in park so we didnt use it at first until the steam from the shower set off the smoke alarm. Also the bed was extremely hard with very flat pillows.

Conveniently located for me. Also clean. AC worked well. Water pressure was good. Run down, depressing, hallways were dim, room had a bad air freshener smell, mattress was covered in plastic under the sheet, curtains had holes, took a half hour to check in, breakfast was prepackaged snacks like that sold in a gas station.

The front desk Associate was on his phone having a personal phone call the entire check in process while using expletives infrastructure of my 3 year old daughter and wife. There was drug use openly in the parking lot. My security deposit pending still.

Affordable, clean and friendly staff We had to switch rooms due to a moldy tub and worn Formica in room 103 other that everything was good

Breakfast was terrible. Halls and room were shabby and need renovation.

The hotel offers a kitchen but doesn't provide utensils or other kitchenware - you have to request it separately; we asked the front desk to have it delivered - they took the info down and never delivered it; the sink in the bathroom was not draining properly and it took a good half a day for the maintenance to come up and fix it; there was a day where there was no hot water in the shower; laundry room is dirty and some of the washing machines were dirty (one of them didn't work properly and clothes were completely wet after a wash - the machine didn't rinse them out properly); the facility accepts pets and we could hear dogs barking on the floor. In addition, WiFi was working intermittently one of the days. Overall, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room dirty, sink back up no maintenance until Monday morning supervisor being very short with customer, not like it leave with this didn't know what was surrounding circumstances very load night time hallway traffic, massive dogs barking, wild experience, never ever go back or recommend

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and am very appreciative of that.

Breakfast is basic, late, cleaning lady was very bothered that I took the unattended vacuum that was in the hall to clean up our room. Maintenance guy was weird and didn't speak but they fixed our shower and the toilet was backed up but I will b back.

Wifi is spotty

Overall the space was good. Great for extended trips. However, the internet was very weak and would not allow me to work in the room. Had to use my phone to do some of my work.

I was unable to check in and there was no back up equipment available for customer to check in. Unable to check in and was not credited for the stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly even when you left something in the room after you checked out 🙃
