The property was super clean. Everything was good except at night the air conditioner turned off at night. It was hot in the room and the air never turned back on until 7 am. There were also no shelves in the shower so there’s no room for anything.

Todo muy bien satisfechas en todo, mi hija hasta le dio una nota a la recepción

The property was nice and conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants.

Everything is great, staff amazing and breakfast is delicious. The onlllllkky thin id had to the rooms, a mirror (one can fit right where the thermometer is located). Then he’ll be perfect! Last, staff has to be careful double charging the incidental fees. I was charged at check and again the next morning. Simple mistake, but it ca. be prevented.

Great hotel for families. Staff included thoughtful touches for the hot weekend like lemon ice water on each floor and free popsicles.
-
We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, with a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wasn't told it was pay for parking until after checking in. Did not see it as an add on when booking either. Just seemed unusual for the area. I've never had to pay at other hotels nearby to park.
-
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was above expectations. Room was comfortable and had a nice view. Facility was very clean. Unruly teenage lacrosse player guests running around winging balls in parking lot while parents sat drinking inside. We ended up parking at the Sheraton next door to avoid damage to car. This was a guest issue not a hotel or staff issue. The yelling outside stopped shortly after we arrived, so assume staff went out and corralled them.

The pool is tiny, 3.5’- 4’ deep and about 12’ in length. Anything past one or two families is already too much for the space. You also have to pay roughly $13/day to park and could find yourself parking down a hill back behind a whole other hotel (which is a good walk when you’re paying)

Food was fresh and location great for our stay
-
Dirty pull out bed, great receptionist, mid breakfast.
