Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia

Such a beautiful and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean and extremely comfortable. Very inviting atmosphere. Definitely will be our go to when we travel to KOP ❤️

I was there in a Saturday night so my experience may be different this. A weeknight. Near a highway which can be noisy at night with cars racing into the early morning. Also had a room next to me with kids screaming and carrying on late at night into morning. Mentioned it to the front desk and they didn’t care. Breakfast closes ends at 10am, which seems a bit early for a Sunday morning when many guests sleep in.

Not accommodating as should have been...if in an emergency situation there's no way to know which way to go....called customer service and connected to RSV line that couldn't xfer me to the front desk and once at the front desk couldn't direct me to the lobby from my location in the hotel. Walked around to front of hotel from the outside like a bag lady. Missed my 1st ride share...it took 30mins to just leave this location even my 2nd ride share had to loop around to pick up across the street. Safely Home Now!

i the property has a pay breakfast. i ordered a bagel that was just terrible. $8 and it was below a frozen walmart bagel. they should be ashamed
