Pleasant and convenient location nice relaxing decor The bathroom needs a deep clean as there is mould and cleaning services need to be offered more frequently then once a week

Location was a short walk to the town centre, which suited us fine. Didn't have any issues.

Excellent location, lovely rooms and fully equipped. Shower was great, and room spacious and clean. Nothing really.

I didn't like feeling deliberately misled - but it wasn't all bad. We loved the decor and comfortable bed. There was a mini fridge in our room. The street noise was not a problem. A fan was provided. No bad smells. Seemed clean enough. The daily grind cafe a few steps down the road provided a delicious, quick and inexpensive breakfast and pastries by the loveliest owner around. Although there was a statement about stairs to the flat (which were of average difficulty) there was NO clarification that there were dangerous tiny and STEEP stairs DOWN several feet to the "ensuite" bathroom! Some younger and totally fit people might think the mini stairs were adorable but for many of us who need to make that WC trip more than once in a night this creates a terrible hazard! Please let us know up front before we are stuck at night with no other options. The one tiny photo of the stairs posted on the booking site was one in 50 and had to be opened fully to see the stairs. We have attached a more realistic photo. It was also hard to tell if our cups and glasses were clean or just sitting after a previous tenant had used them. Store them top down on clean paper or tray? One of the bedside lights didn't work which could have been avoided by the cleaner using a checklist to test each amenity. Parking was a 5 minute walk away. We had to leave unorganized and in yesterday's clothes rather than struggle all the luggage that distance.

The two rooms I booked on the top floor were excellent, very clean, nicely designed and had everything we needed. The emails from BrickSage Rooms were very detailed and made it easy for us to find the parking area and then to self-check-in. If it hadn't been for other guests in the floor below us, I would have given this accommodation a 10/10 rating. After other guests in the floor below my room returned from their night out at 0330, there followed many hours of extremely loud noise. So noisy with doors banging shut that I couldn't work out if there were two rooms of inconsiderate guests or just one. It was unfortunate that I had to also listen to what seems to have been a one night stand. I tried jumping on my floor to alert them of the disturbance. They were aware because when we met in the stairwell the following morning, they swore at me in what sounded like Dutch. None of us had any sleep after 0330.

The owner, Helen, was excellent in the way she informed me of the location, how to get there and the MOW for entry. A double bed was quickly reformed as 2 x single (as requested). A pleasure staying and doing business with her. Busy road although the road name suggested it wasn't going to be a quiet backwater. Not an issue in real terms.

The bathroom was on a different floor.

Lovely room. Well equipped house. Great shower . Comfortable bed. Easy to find and park . Only issue was traffic noise made worse by rain . My wife is a light sleeper. No doubt rooms at the back are quieter.

Clean and tidy room, access via pin code worked fine. Room was at reat and no noise from outside at night. Quite a lot of noise from other residents moving round the hotel at night.

We loved the garden area too. A lovely little surprise. All the key pads worked easily for access.

Winter duvet we stayed bank holiday August maybe a sheet incase some people to warm but otherwise prefect.

Exceptional property. Everything is very high standards. Room is very homely, clean, spacious. Kitchen is very useful, fully equipped with high quality electricals and utilities. Shared bathroom was clean spasious and equipped by high standards, got shower and bath. Found free parking on the street nearby. Just 10 min walk to the city centre. Everything was very good, but will be nice to have at least a small sink in a room. Just suggestion.
