Had a wonderful stay. Clean so quiet and big room! Would definitely like to come back and stay longer

We had a great stay here. Breakfast was nice! Room was clean. They have all required amenities. Staff was extra friendly and nice. Great hotel!

Well I would start with Katrina the General Manager, she was the best anyone could ever ask for, and her Assistant General Manager Becki these ladies make a awesome team, took care of everything we needed, breakfast was great, rooms were very nice and clean, awesome shower, comfortable bed, microwave, small fridge, lots of parking, highly recommended, we would definitely stay there again

The pool was an excellent break for us

After a long drive arrived a little earlier than expected. Stiffed me for an “Early Check In “ fee of $25 even though a room was available. Hampton is known as the airline of hotels. Always buckle and diming the customer. Zero flex. Rigid. My last choice in the future

The accommodations. We were on the side of the building where you could still hear the traffic outside.

The staff was as helpful as anyone could want. The breakfast was excellent. As an extra, definitely worth noting, is the the Assistant Manager, Tim Bryan, who personally helped us out. We mistakenly left some items in a night stand. I called the Hampton Inn and he personally took my address, card information and Fed Ex has already given me notice that my items are on there way. Could not have wished for a better overall experience. Highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Kingman, Arizona.

Location, indoor pool was nice and clean. Surprisingly great. Breakfast was good, could have been better but it was okay. Good for free. Room smelled like laundry! Bed was so comfortable. N/A

The staff was excellent & the hotel clean. I will be coming back to enjoy the indoor pool and spa. The gym had good equipment. I did not see a fan in the gym and that made it quite uncomfortable with the humidity.

As a long-time Hilton member and frequent traveler, I have never been charged a fee when I left for anything in all my years of traveling. Today, when I received my bill, I was charged a $150 cleaning fee because there was “hair dye on the towels and carpet”. The problem is nobody dyed their hair. I’m thinking, if anything, it could be makeup or suntan lotion, but charging $150 for something that could be bleached is crazy. I’m a mother who walks the room before I leave and didn't see anything besides the normal makeup left on towels that most women leave. I plan to call Hilton member services tomorrow and file a complaint.

The staff were amazing, breakfast was great and room was clean and perfect for my pregnant daughter and toddler. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. not all hampton inns are good. this one was superb!!!

Clean, comfortable, hot blest. The staff was incredible both times we stayed there. Definitely a great place to stay.
