liked the accommodation bars in bathroom, did not like not being able to use microwave because use shut down microwave and television. Explanation was cord related behind the microwave.

The window air conditioning unit vibrates so loudly that it feels like an earthquake. And the AQ is bad when it runs.

Some fruit with the coffee and muffin would of been nice like they did in the past. But there was was appreciated .

Very clean and quiet! Girl at the desk very pleasant.

Room was very clean, adequate for a comfortable and safe place for a night. Staff was courteous and polite and check-in was easy. Only complaint was the water temp only got up to luke warm so I could not have a hot shower.

From checking in to checking out everything ran smoothly. Low noise. Well lit parking lot. Staff helpful with recommendations. If ever in kingman az again I will stay here!

The website lets you book upon arrival the refused to process the confirmation until we paid ahead a time. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing for the price the beds and pillows suck and I was there for work! They don’t service breakfast they give u a small muffin that’s it It was 2 miles from my job site nothing about the property

Friendly staff, Older hotel but the remodeled rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed and a hot shower with pressure made our stay perfect. Breakfast is continental style with package Banana or Blueberry muffins which were pretty good and a choice of regular or decaffeinated coffee. Restaurants are all around with in a mile. Great place and low rates made it a nice place to clean up and rest and continue our trip. 👍

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only issues I had were there is a desk with no chair and no lighting. Also there is no outlet near the desk for a computer.

The room was clean except for the two bugs in the room. Staff was very helpfull, parking was spacious and ac worked well.

Great stay! Stayed with our doggie and we also didnt hear noises as night which is a first in a hotel in the area. Slept great!
