Ramada by Wyndham Kingman

Had a clean room but wasnt aware the pool was out of order. Breakfast was okay. Milk was warm, no fruits or yogurt leftover only one drink to choose from aside from coffee and it was watered down. Decent price though so would stay there again. AC worked well.

Place was nice. Very helpful in giving us a bottom floor room as I can't climb stairs. Loved the art around the whole building.

Pool was out of service

I stay at this hotel every year when I travel through. I find the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is in a good location for travel, and it’s nice to have a bar and restaurant on the property. I like that it’s pet friendly, and that there is no carpet in the rooms.

Was not a good experience. We where there for two hrs and checked out and stayed at the baymont that night. Pretty bad when you decide to wast 90 bucks to stay somewhere else. The windows didn't close. Ppl from outside could look in. And a few other issues

It was a little confusing trying to find my room but the room was clean, the beds were super comfy and breakfast was good.

While the 50-60 deco was fun, the ice machine was down (100 degree) !! And the cable tv was intermittent all evening.

Well, after my first room didn’t have a door drip. It’s right next-door Desert Mountain big enough to get your pinky underneath it and between the bottom of the door, the room is filthy so they put me in another room which is so so but none of the phone charger port are working in any of the rooms I booked one room for two nights somehow there was a duplication on the other two bookings that I was charged extra 250 something dollars extra on top of my two nights stay My second night having to go to my truck to charge my phone because there’s no port that worked in the lamp was broken that the port was in the charge your phone so I went out and got us some food because there’s advertise as a restaurant there is no restaurant after an hour or so. I went back to my room about 11:45 PM trip and fill up the stairs due to the crack and uneven stairs, first stairs much higher than the rest of them so after that, I was bleeding on my leg went to the front desk to ask for a first aid kit so I stopped bleeding. She brings out an old old first aid kit with a couple Band-Aids maybe some little bit of gauze. So I continue to my room with the clean towels that she said that this is all she had so I had to do something so I called 911 paramedics came within five minutes and stopped waiting for me and looked at my hand got bruised up pretty good underneath my arms, both legs and shins no safety whatsoever in that hotel and the rooms are so horrible if you don’t believe me go have a night stay there

The bathroom could use some work. The window shutters do not block the light out of the room, so it was very light and hard to sleep. Staff was very nice, and the breakfast was great.

my husband and I both got salads and it took forever to get them. Other people were getting their hot food before our cold salads. Only one weight staff was on duty doing tables and the bar. And although there were only two other tables occupied, it still seemed too much for her to handle.

Facility was clean, rooms were clean. On site parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was decent with a fair amount of choices. Location is great if you’re looking for something close to beaches. Highly recommended!!

I don't have any right now all was good

I had to pay more for another hotel that I wasn't expecting. I am back now from my vacation, and I still don't see the refund.
