Staff was extremely pleasant to speak with. all of the cleaning staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Only thing is I wish there wernt so many pigeons, they're just gross lol

I am a platinum member, I asked for a late check out and they said ok. At 11am, my key promptly stopped working right as my son needed to get into the room to use the restroom. He is young and does not give me much advance notice when he needs to go. It did not make for a pleasant experience.

Arrived at night, guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. Checking out in the morning another guy at front desk wasn’t friendly.

It was not clean it was not safe the door was broken to the room I was given I did not stay here I did not feel sad with my children at all. The hotel was very dirty!!!!

The bed was poorly done, pillows and bedsheet are crumpled. Only one pair of towels was provided. Poor interior design, lacking ambiance and comfort. Honestly, I wanted to organize the furniture during my stay. The room is missing a welcoming spirit.

Staff was very kind, breakfast was good, was a good night stay.

This is not the standard of most Holiday Inn hotels. Please do not come here expecting normal holiday inn quality. The hotel was not very clean, with dirt and trash littered up the hallways. The room was in disrepair with peeling couches etc. two of my children and I woke up with bug bites that seem to meet the characteristic bed bug description (and we have not been outside) and are trying to determine if it was actually bed bugs- which is very concerning. Will not stay here again.

Best breakfast fell in love

The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was dirty, the carpets were stained, the side door barely opened. It needs a good deep clean.

This Holiday Inn Express was a good stop for our family on our road trip. The room was clean, the service friendly, and the breakfast was good, but the common areas, such as the halls and elevator looked like they hadn’t been cleaned well in a while.

Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I disliked, was the friendless of the front desk attendant during check in.

Clean and big rooms, friendly staff and hot breakfast in the morning.

The hotel needs a facelift. The dirty walls and carpet made going into the hotel not feel like a holiday inn and then to have staff drive in with a car marked with bumper stickers reading honk if you like @@@@ and park by the doors. The room looked very old with the ottoman peeling and not matching the old chair. The whole room including towels looked old. I personally would not stay there again. I will add as well that when we checked out I stood at desk waiting as the desk clerk a young man was fixing himself breakfast it was a very odd experience as a hotel guest.” The guest are definitely not the priority. “

Dirty. Constriction in room next to ours. Water was turned off for our floor before checkout time.

Room is clean, just remodeling going on was a little dirty in the hallways

The hotel was dirty, the front lobby smelled bad, and the place was under construction. We were rudely awakened by the sound of construction in the room next door. The halls were filled with boxes and the carpets were covered with plastic wrap from stains. Dogs were constantly coming in and out of the hotel, contributing to the bad smells. I wouldn't stay here again.

There is no elevator

Want the hotel fault but with the forest fire south I could smell the smoke in our room. The next day we all awoke to sore throats.
