It was clean in the staff were great We were in an industrial area and there was a noise through the night that kept waking me up, which I don’t think the hotel can do anything about but something from one of the warehouses I assume

Very nice room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast quality was not great. Although many choices eggs were tasteless and sausages greasy. Toaster did not work very well. Coffee was weak.

Cleanliness The staff at the breakfast side in the morning was rude as l was half asleep at 630am trying to get my breakfast and the manager had just shown me where to find it and the breakfast lady started harassing me for a ticket ,something my boyfriend received and just put down in the room.I just think she had no manners especially when she saw the manager show me to the breakfast section.l Wouldn't return.
