The staff is responsibility. They relocated us to holiday inn express because the hotel is working on some decoration or construction. All good

We required accessible facilities and were pleased with that aspect of the hotel. From the parking out front, smooth ramps, wide doorways, spacious rooms, and well-equipped large bathroom, the hotel was easy for us to navigate. It’s located a little bit out of the town but not a real issue. It was a quick 15-20 minute drive downtown. Our daughter took an uber downtown and the trip cost $25.

Smooth check-in. 1. Too many rowdy undisciplined kids; 2. Would not accept my rewards card because I booked through a 3rd. party (won't be doing that again); 3. Would not provide an invoice because I booked through a 3rd party (Still waiting for a copy).

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the highway. I loved that breakfast and parking were already included. I also liked that the hotel is pet friendly as we were travelling with our cat and dog so it was important for us to find a place that would accept them. The hotel staff required us to sign a lot of paperwork required for our pets. Also, one week prior to our stay we had to call to confirm that cats were permitted as all the information we found online was about dogs. I think the pet policy should be updated and clarify that both dogs and cats are accepted at the hotel.

The staff was outstanding, polite and attentive. Went above and beyond with suggestions of restaurant and things to do. The room was spacious, clean, updated and well decorated.
