There was a good selection of food to choose from. The scrambled eggs were not good, think they had been sitting for quite a while.

The staff was amazing and super friendly! The breakfast was a good buffet and the beds were comfortable as usual with my best western stays! My aunt complained of stains on the towels

The staff were very pleasant especially the TOM`s restaurant- The breakfast was nice. I liked that food could be served while at the pool. The cost of the night was very expensive - the rooms and building are very outdated as well as the pool. The value of the room was not there.

The cleanliness was much below my expectations, the grout in the bathroom was mouldy and the bathroom door had dirty hand stains on it also not much cleaning is done behind the door. I am surprised that the health department allowed the coffee maker not only in the bathroom but in close proximity to the toilet bowl. (Disgusting) we booked the king room but obviously it didn’t mean a king size bed.

Lovely staff, good breakfast (included), Property showing its age a bit. No universal or free weights in somewhat crowded exercise room.

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby until we departed, the atmosphere was pleasant, professional and sincere. Experienced the "human" touch from Fred at reception to the chef at breakfast (wish I could remember her name). Seamless and flawless interactions with every staff member. We'll be back again! Can't think of anything we would change! There is an obvious attention to every detail. I would guess that any service issues in the past have been rectified to make our experience excellent.

Toms Place - Diana was a star! Bedroom 'tired'

Breakfast was included. An outdoor pool was beautiful and there was a pub that also served drinks while at the pool. Find dining restaurant on site. Food was very good and gave us complimentary garlic bread and chocolate covered strawberries after dinner. Hotel held our luggage before check in. I liked that the check out was at 11 am which is later than other hotels. Over all hotel was nicely decorated like an old inn. Everything you needed was onsite. If no car then it would be about a 10 minute ride to the main shops and restaurants and waterfront area The pool floor had pieces of concrete missing which is not very safe on your feet if walking on it.

Good location No accountability there was no light in the morning no in our room but no courtesy shown

Sprawling Inn on a large footprint. The outdoor pool, two restos on site. The fun mid-century decor. Slightly funky sewer smell emanating from the bathroom when we first entered our room. Could be something as simple as flushing the sink and tub traps with bleach on a regular basis.

Breakfast was super. The room was really gloomy was badly in need of an upgrade not as on the picture online. Noisy AC bed was poor.
-
Front staff not friendly.. attached restaurants not clean, slow service and food was not worth the price tag, old hotel do not stay if old and dingy isnt your thing.. ice machine leaking all over the floor and wasn't repaired or pulled out of service.
