The staff are friendly and very professional. The room we stayed at is very clean. We would stay again in the hotel if given the chance. Our stay was good. Nothing particular that I didn't like. All in all it was a good overnight stay at the hotel.

Rooms were comfortable enough and the breakfast was better than most. It wasn't clear from the booking that having a pet would incure an additional cost of $75, which I found rather high, essentially more than the cost of boarding. This should be made clear upfront.

The room was very large with a comfy bed. It was a pleasant surprise to find gluten free bread at breakfast, but a small selection of anything else. - scrambled eggs and ham, waffles and toast. I was happy to find boiled eggs, as that’s my go to as a vegetarian! The noise level was exceptional. The kids in the room above us running and jumping - and up and down the stairs, which we were right beside, shouldn’t be so bad, you have to expect that when families are on vacation, however it was so loud, and shook our bed…for hours on end and first thing again in the morning. We shouldn’t have been able to hear / feel as much as we did if the building was designed properly. It feels cheap and the walls feel paper thin when you can hear/feel so much! The shower was disturbing, as the basin wasn’t installed on the ground, and because it was “floating” it was loud and creaky and moved around a lot…that was a very quick scary shower! Any staff we encountered seemed busy and a little eye contact and a smile would have gone a long way…
