Location was perfect Rooms were comfortable. The pillows on the beds were absolutely the worst ever. It would break your neck to try to sleep on them. We have stayed at 5/6 places on our trip and they truly were the worst. Thank heavens the bed mattress was great. The “box “ breakfast was a big “slight “ on the hotel. Very unprofessional for the beauty of the hotel, otherwise. Very tacky!

The hotel is very well located, and the rooms overlooking the lake have an exceptional view. BUT the air-conditioning unit in the room is old and extremely noisy… The worst part, however, is the breakfast, which is given to you in a box and is worse than what you would get on an economy-class flight. There is not even any toast or bread, despite there being a small portion of butter. I asked for a refund, but my request was refused. The person at the front desk confirmed to me that this was a recurring complaint. For a hotel of this standard, this is clearly unacceptable!

Great location in the heart of the city and close to the harbor. Too bad it’s a 1970’s brutalist building in the middle of so much historical architecture!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The complementary breakfast should have been a hot breakfast. I think the hotel shouldn't be charging extra for the parking especially when the parking is on hotel property. I feel the parking should be included with the price of the hotel when booking.

Excellent location! Staff were great and the car parking very handy. AC was very noisy throughout the night and the pillows were not very comfortable.

This hotel is perfectly located if you want to visit downtown Kingston. Parking is available in the basement for cars, no large trucks or SUVs. Lots or restaurants nearby so you should not go hungry. The only complaints would be the paying to park at the hotel. This seems to be a trend anymore. I knew in advance that parking was extra but I still wonder why it is not figured into the advertised rate. The other thing I found odd was that they don't make up the bed every morning. They will change out the bathroom linens daily, but no bed making.

The location was perfect and beds were comfortable. Room was a good size The shower had so much hair in the drain when we got in, and the bathroom door didn’t close. There was also no fan in the bathroom
