The location, the view and the food! There was nothing not to like. This is our second year staying there and we’ll stay again next year!

We loved the location. Did not eat breakfast there so no comment A tall order, but the parking was tight sometimes difficult to maneuver.

The location is superb! You can walk to all the restaurants. Hotel is clean, beds very comfortable, beautiful sheets + pillows. Dining room and bar are well run. Staff friendly + helpful. The only thing missing was a night light. Helpful getting up at night.

location parking lot entrance, entrance carpets dirty, twenty minutes to check in, lake view room looked out to condos, upscale restaurant needs white table cloths, mould in bathroom, no slippers, no concierge, the list is endless

Location and breakfast The airco system is extremely loud. We expected more from the dinner in the restaurant. The dessert with meringue was not good at all, it smelled fishy. The waiter gave us the feeling that he wanted to go home eg. he put the champagne bottle without cooler in the middle of the table as if he wanted to say, voila serve yourself. A bit strange we found that. The breakfast is great though. The swimming pool is a bit old but nice.

The front desk staff were lovely! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the place was very clean! The parking lot is a wild mess! They had a parking attendant that was completely useless. He was sending cars down a one way that didn’t have any spots left.

Unbeatable location for the lovely Kingston waterfront and restaurants Could be cleaner. Cobwebs on the windows. THREE spiders sighted in the room in a 2 night stay.
