Beautiful, easy access to downtown. Some noise in shared walls, providing a noise machine would be helpful.

The location was excellent and the suite was lovely. The smell, there was a very strong perfume/chemical smell to the room.

Superb attention to detail, high quality, great use of space, very comfortable, everything about it is top notch. A real find. Handy location, designated free parking space, secure, safe. Record player and some vinyl was an unexpected bonus! Would definitely stay again! Absolutely nothing!

Very stylish, well stocked, comfortable While acknowledging that check-in is at 4:00 pm., when driving 3 hours in the winter it is difficult to time arrival exactly. We arrived at 3:45 pm after 3 hours of driving, needing to use the washroom, in cold weather. The automated check-in told us to return at 4:00 pm which left a bad taste. A 15 minute leeway would not be unreasonable. Also, the room was very warm and we were unable to adjust the temperature - maybe our fault, but we couldn’t figure it out. I texted the number provided and they adjusted it from their end but it was still too hot to sleep properly. Also, the loft was lovely but had no washroom on the upper level - a consideration for older travellers. The facility is quite stunning and well located. But the overall experience did not quite meet expectation.
