The food, including the restaurants we reserved in the hotel, was disappointing. Also, the kids' club is very poor with unpassionate staff, and we've been to different hotels in Rhodes to compare. The staff in the kids' club (which anyway operates for a very small number of hours) could at least do some activities and be more attractive. I don't believe it is hard to make kids happy and interested in something. I don't like to compare, but we were at the Atlantica Pelmiri hotel two years ago in Rhodes, and it is even hard to compare how attractive the staff were to the kids there. Anyway, I hope they will improve for new visitors as the potential in this hotel is huge, and it is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen.

My 6.5 year old was obsessed with the kids club and would run there daily. Thank you Aurora, Amy really misses you❤️❤️ No shade in the pool area!! That's really important.

Water park is amazing! Food hall and some parts of the hotel looks very old and not as expected from such a place.. also level of food wasn’t so great.. Consider the resort is huge and built on a hill, in August it’s very tough to move with baby stroller around.. and the club car has limited availability (2 for 500+ rooms)… I felt that a lot of the staff has no patience and were really short..

We had a wonderful holiday experience with my daughter. The hotel and its facilities are high-end, and the attention to quality is evident everywhere. Our reservation note was taken into consideration and we were given a room with the features that we requested. Our room was new and spacious. It was cleaned well every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The animation team was amazing day and night. My daughter had so much fun at the Mini Disco every evening. The dance performances were very good. The light and water show in the evening was very nice. The food was delicious. There was freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. It was very kind of them to arrange a suitable place for you (indoor or outdoor) according to your preference, saving you the trouble of looking for a table during crowded hours in the restaurants. We couldn't believe the four à la carte options offered. We used two of them and were very pleased, especially the Moonlight Restaurant. The pool was large enough and clean. The lifeguards were professional. The beach was small pebbled and didn't hurt feet. The sea was crystal clear. The shallow end was short, so the kids could play in a small area. I would also like to thank the reception staff. They helped us a lot in many ways. Efcharistó Princess Andriana :) The floor around the pool becomes very slippery when wet. We slipped a few times, and this might be worth revising. We were sometimes unable to sunbathe in the areas that we wanted because the sun loungers were occupied with sea objects for a long time.

The staff were lovely , the manager in the lobby was so caring, the food was good, sea and pool was great, activities was cool also, gym is good but could be better, spa is amazing When we got, we saw that the water part are not working, so we asked and we have been told that it’s under construction, now one told us before we booked, so that was disappointing. in general the hotel was so clean but the rooms were not 100% clean, it has been always something that was missed, especially the bathroom, but that’s really nitpicking and not that big of a deal, closed pool was cold and not warm, also the jacuzzi (hot tub)

Our stay was amazing! Everything was spot on, the staff, the food, the facilities, the room! Magical We we’re off season so the outdoor pool was very cold, however there’s a indoor pool for 16+ and it was very nice

The hotel is amazing, it's really all inclusive as it's published, at any time of the day you can eat and drink. I want to thank Media for her help booking the a la carte dinners in a short notice, with a smile and patience -you are amazing! Also the hotel is easy to travel with a stroller - everything is accessible which is really good when coming with babies. We will sure to return! I loved the little kids pool and the kids club and facilities - it was really great for my kids (2 & 4 years) The pools were really cold so we couldn't enter ( the kids got into the kids pool which was also really cold but they are kids :) ) but it's off season (October) so it's makes sense.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean . We had a private terrace with our own private pool which we loved. The staff were very friendly and evening entertainment was varied so something for everyone. Several restaurants to dine in, we enjoyed every meal we had. Perfect relaxing week. Tui rep presence was sparse
