Princess Sun Hotel - All Inclusive

Food amazing, rooms are very clean, staff very helpful, hotel has car rent, its very comfortable and cheap.

They have a rule of sun beds been reserved after 9:30 am this is a complete lie sun beds would be reserved early hours in the morning, I would wake up at 7:30-8:00 and they would be full, meaning we didn’t have a pool day for the entire time staying there ( 6 nights )

The stuff was very friendly and tried its best all around to help and provide good service. The entertainment team were amazing. Kind and fun and created such a good vibe both for adult and for the kids. The kids club and the girls there just were remarkable and the group in general, they remember all the kids names and smile and wave every time they see them around the hotel like they were old friends, make them feel included and important regardless if they speak English or not. GOOD JOB! It is important to note I think it's a family hotel and less for couples, but it is not load, and you can have a relaxing experience. I think the cleaning in the snack bar can be better, specifically in the line to get drinks. Also, the wine selection for the all-inclusive option We didn't like the photographer that took our pictures and only later told us it is extra payment we came for the all-inclusive experience, and we didn't expect it extra cost for something that is being offered to us in the hotel lobby 40 euro for 3 pictures it not OK. Please consider putting AC in the auditorium as it is really hot after a few minutes It is really hot outside when you are waiting for the beach carrier to come and take you to the beach, and sometimes it takes 20 minutes + of waiting it is not fun with small children

We enjoyed the buffet and all the inclusive foods and drinks, highlighting the slushys and ice cream! The beach was excellent with the transport from hotel every 30 minutes! Rooms were excellent and cleaning was superb! The staff was delightful and helped us with everything, lovely People all around! No coctails on the beach, just beer and wine. (Pool bar had all the cocktails)

Super friendly staff 11 out of 10, I'd say. Some smell of chemicals in a room. Also shower was not isolated from bathroom properly, or threshold was too small, so after every shower, all the floor on bathroom was full of water.

Staff was great! Solid clean room with nice view First too With an ocean view had a construction view and was tiny. They kindly changed it. Food was terrrrrrrrible! Basic , cheap , boring and repetitive . Even the fries were bad. Eeked out a basic decent ish breakfast and forget the rest. after paying for all inclusive - We had to go out and owned money to eat. The ‘restaurant ‘ by the beach also had the same exact terrible food. Alcohol was worse - a disaster ! One kind of home grown wine that tasted of vinegar in 3 colors and bottom of the barrel rail drink at best. So we had to buy that too . Totally not- drinkable . The only decent coffee you could get was at the bar which was only open from6pm! - 11pm As if they didn’t want us to drink or eat- what’s the point then. Spa was basic too. And Hamas not working. Gum closed part of the time ( staff was wonderful. Really. But can’t make up for the drawbacks) Staying here just cost us lots of extra money

we enjoyed family vacay together! place was lovely and very clean the food was but average and the hotel is quite far from the beach other than that we had a lovely time with our family and 3 year old

The staff was incredible! They gave us the best feeling, helped us with everything we needed and made our stay perfect. The hotel feels very new and modern. The shuttles to the beach are comfortable and the restaurant there is amazing. Food was good, sometimes it was great and sometimes it was ok but we enjoyed it all the time and there was a vast variety of food. (Valendino the waiter was fantastic!) The animators were very good, we're 26 years old and they entertained us. Volleyball was perfect! The location isn't the best, it's pretty far from most places but we didn't mind.

We stayed with our 2 year old daughter in the hotel for a few days. The room we were allocated was spacious and had a small open partition at the top that separated our baby's bed from ours which allowed us to watch TV when she was already asleep without disturbing her but being able to hear her at all times. Everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant, especially the entertainment staff who made our daughter have a great time, during the night we enjoyed the mini disco and different shows every night. The pools are well-maintained and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is located on a hill, with nice views from the dining room and a free shuttle service is available. We had a car and didn't go to Kiotari but we visited Glystra Beach which is a 5 minutes drive from the hotel and is a fine sandy beach ideal for children. The food was good but could have been more varied. Still, there were quite a few different options.

Location, views and cleanliness. The music around the pools area was a bit too loud.

Location is nice, you can get there by bus from Rhodes city. It's very quiet at night. Delicious food, especially desserts. Nice swimming pools with some slides for kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Free beach towels and sunbeds. WiFi is slow :(
