One of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff is amazing – everyone is very attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. The animation team is fantastic and creates a great atmosphere every day. The hotel itself is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The food is absolutely delicious with a great variety of choices. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Beautiful private beach. Nice staff. We had 2 bedroom family suite. It was located in front of the amphitheater. Every night there was loud music until 11pm. The room isolation was terrible and our kids couldn't fall asleep. The hotel didn't help.

Cleaness overall. Nice facilities. The quality of food could be better. Facilities are nice but old and need renovation. Sun beds(on the beach)are destroyed so we took our towels and lay on the sand.

The hotel truly feels like a big family, with the friendliness and kindness of the staff coming naturally from everyone. The atmosphere is just amazing! We traveled with a small baby, and it was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is very child-friendly, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and modern. We were even upgraded to a sea view with two adjoining rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable! The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty food, and it really feels like home-cooked meals. Plus, throughout the day, you can enjoy snacks by the pool, freshly made crepes, gyros, and even a late dinner. One thing that stood out is that the restaurant is always well-stocked, even towards the end of meal times, which is rare! The hotel has its own private beach down a cliff, with a restaurant and bar right there. The lagoon and the water are just stunning. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back!

Stuff is very friendly and helpful. They made our stay much better! Amenities are fine, you can always find something to eat or drink starting from 07:00 until ~23:00, even outside specific breakfast/lunch/dinner timeslots. Restaurants: there is a main buffet-style restaurant which is fine, but you won't find much Greek food there, unfortunately. There are 3 more restaurants available with reservation and, sometimes, for extra money. Main buffet-style restaurant: there are a lot of foods available, not much Greek dishes tho. Usually you can find something good, something not that good. overall it is good, however sometimes it feels that food is cooked in huge batches and lacks personality. BBQ restaurant: 15eur extra per person, all-you-can-eat style and basic drinks included, except wine or Mojito. Food was very good. totally worth it IMO. Bars are alright, usually you can find what to drink and most of the drinks are fine, but nothing special. Beach was alright, but I recommend visiting other beaches as well. We've visited a few more beaches (just going by top 3 on TripAdvisor) and those were better either to chill or swim. hotel's beach is very convenient tho, since there are free sunbeds/umbrellas and food/drinks right there. Entertainment: animators are INSANELY good IMO. it was easy, funny and interesting. very nice people :) Main disadvantage for us were: 1. Smoking: it is everywhere. a lot of people smoke near pools, near tables, near the bar, on the beach and there is no regulation. I am from the country where there is literally no smoking and it was quite a hit for me. 2. Room sound-proofing: a lot of noises from the hall, doors are very bad. sometimes kids will not let you peacefully sleep just going nearby your door. Rest of things are not critical, but worth mentioning. Venus restaurant: serves greek food or burgers depending on the day. we've visited greek food day and it was... so-so. doesn't worth it IMO. they also charge even for soft drinks, while there are free cocktails and tons of soft drinks in 2 meters :/ Hanami restaurant: Asian-style dishes. this one is catastrophe IMO. one dinner is complimentary for stays up to 7 days, which we've used and it was quite bad. none of the dishes was good, concept is very strange which gives you foods that are not well combined. sushi is some kind of joke. Pools: they were a bit cold despite we are from northern country :) AC: it was blowing not cold air.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good food. Everything what you need for lazy days :D Best 4 stars hotel in Greece which we had chosen in 5years period. If small improvements will be made with water (strange taste) and some corners renovation , it could be a 5 star hotel.

This hotel was amazing, incredibly beautiful, modern and well-equipped with amazing food and alltogether with 4 restaurants. The staff was really kind, helpful and friendly, we were amazed and will go back for sure. We loved everything!!!

Breakfest and dinner were great. The room is clean and spacious. Beautiful clean beach and clear sea. Sometimes I had to wait in line to go to the restaurant. Ыometimes there are not enough sunbeds on the beach.
