Animation team was excelent!

It’s like a small village — restaurants, bars, pools, beach, shops — you never need to leave the resort.
-
There are so many pools to choose from — quiet pools for relaxing, pools with music, pools with slides for kids. Fantastic variety.
-
Everything was excellent — beach, pools, food, cocktails and spa services. The resort is big but well-organized. Clean rooms, polite staff and beautiful sea views made our holidays perfect.

This property is amazing. We arrived earlier than check in time, we were not allowed to check in yet but we were given our wristband which gave us access to all facilities already and were able to put out luggage away. Once our room was ready someone with a golf cart picked us up to take us to the room. The room has everything you need, including complementary drinks. If you have a issue there is an app where you can contact the reception via whatsapp, and they respond quick. The themed dinner was great, and the breakfast had lots of options. Also lots of options when it comes to bars, the bar close to the reception often had entertainment in the evening. The pools were great There is a bus stop right at the resort, you can ask for a schedule by the reception. We took a day trip to Lindos it was very easy to get there and come back from this resort. A great location for a relaxed trip. Regarding food, the buffet dinner was good but nothing special, there were lots of options so you will find something you like. For the breakfast buffet it would have been nice to have some fresh juice options. Wish there was a option to do more themed night dinners, for example for an extra cost. The pool across our room had towels on sunbeds that were there for several days, so people assumed these sunbeds were reserved but I dont think anyone every came for them. Would be nice if they cleared all left behind towels at the end of the day.

The pool at the room was really cold (Colder than the main pool). The indoor pool wasn't heated even tough it says that it is. The jacuzzi wasn't hot at all and the nets were really weak. One of the staff members wasn't really nice and have rolled her eyes at my wife.

It’s beautiful place with great view The level of service is very poor Our room flooded with sewage at the evening and they didn’t found us a proper place til 1 am. After they finally found us a room they woke up at the next morning to ask us to pay extra money for the room because it had a sea view and we paid only for garden view. Very disappointing. The crew didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience. No room service at all. You need to walk everywhere to get anything. The all inclusive stage doesn’t really satisfying and a lot of extra paying needed.

We took the bus into Lindos town and found it easy. Coming back to the calm resort after a day of sightseeing was perfect—best of both worlds.
-
The private beach is stunning — clean sand, clear waters, plenty of space to relax. We snorkeled and loved it.
-
The late dinner menu and the Italian restaurant menu were not good enough
-
That we don’t have iron and iron board also the room decor and bed have to be better for five star hotel .
-
The service is wonderful, the facilities are excellent the staff is super nice The property is big, the walking distances from the beach to the rooms (some of them) is significant
-
The lobby is nice and the rooms are ok but do not look anything like the pictures on their websight. the hotel is in bad shape, it is very unclean, poor attitude from the staff, horrible food, pool area is unclean and really needs renovating.
-
The pool area was absolutely stunning and became my favorite spot to unwind. The water was crystal clear, and the sunbeds were so comfortable. It really added to the overall feeling of relaxation during my time at the hotel.
-
Great hotel for families, many pools and activities, all inclusive. Walks are a bit long and not suitable for strollers at some points. Food was Ok, but not very good.

It's a large place with plenty of space, and it's very clean. The staff at the reception desk are incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleaners and restaurant staff are very nice. We booked a family suite, and it was a large room with a balcony. They gave us a six-pack of mineral water, two bottles of red wine, fruit, a coffee machine with pods and milk, and a mini-bar with about 8 cans of soda. It's a really good, high-quality place for families with children, with lots of activities for kids. There are water slides, 5 shallow pools (up to 140 cm deep), and a private beach that is very clean with clear, calm water. The main dining room is varied and very tasty. There are also 4 themed restaurants: Greek, fish and seafood, Mexican, and Italian. We had dinner at the fish and seafood restaurant and the Italian one, and it was delicious. At the snack bars by the pools and the beach, they have fries, hot dogs, burgers, nuggets, fish and chips, pizza, toasties, and ice cream. We booked a family suite with a sea view that is suitable for 4 adults. In reality, we received a suite with 2 single beds and one large double bed. The beds were suitable for our children, but not for adults. Our suite was on the second floor of the main building, right above the main entrance to the hotel. There were always buses and taxis dropping off and picking up guests, and it was noisy, so it was not fun to sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful view. The staff at the buffet were not kind, and some were even angry, especially those at the buffet near the main pool. Maybe the air conditioning there doesn't work well.

Facilities, staff, Accessibility of the food all the time The structure of the resort. Going up to the rooms wasn't easy. The taste of the food was not as good as it's amount and accessibility but quality was good and fresh
-
Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Entertainment every night, great food variety and plenty of pools to enjoy. The peaceful beach area was our favorite spot to unwind every day.

Food and drinks were not good at all! Not worth your money!
