Hotel Zentral features lovingly designed and comfortable rooms and a relaxing spa area on 591 ft². Half-board is available on request and consists of a rich breakfast buffet and a 3-course dinner with a choice of dishes and a salad buffet. Great single room, probably the best I’ve ever had, all the facilities of bigger room (lovely bathroom & terrace) just a slightly smaller bed … great staff & facilities Nothing. It was a great few days

Great staff, lovely spa, excellent breakfast and great location (walking distance from train station, 2-3 mins walk from shops and bars) Hotel was great … room was very hot is pretty much the only thing I could mention … make sure you get extra pillows

Rooms are specious This is a 4 stars hotel, we were expecting rooms to be fully equipped as a 4 state hotel! Rooms didn’t have luggage rack, hair shampoo or any other toiletiers other than hand soap that looks like a public bathroom quality! Towels were old and overused, pillows were low quality flat feather pillows. On top of all, the hotel was over heated which made it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

Breakfast varied and plentiful. Excellent fruit, muesli, cold and hot options. Spa area excellent with steam and sauna, UV and other areas as well as loungers. Note that it is designated 'textile free' i.e. naked other than towels. Pillows were too soft/ insubstantial, even with an additional one. Juice not so good (powdered?)

We skied and the location was perfect. loved the free transportation with the bus and train to reach our ski starting points. The rooms were clean and perfect size for us. The breakfast was over the top. Great selection of food. The staff was amazing. All was good!!!

The room was located on the ground floor near the night entrance, and sleeping was completely impossible due to the noise from partying young people.

The staff were super friendly and helpful especially the bar and reception staff. The hotel was beautifully kept and well maintained with nice facilities. The food was good enough but I have had much better in equivalent 4 star Austrian hotels - they could do better here.

Beautiful hotel with unique atmosphere, stylishly furnished rooms, staff always eager to accommodate every request, luxury wellness, amazing breakfast. Only downside was lack of hot water after midnight and absence of king bed (just two beds put together)

Wonderful breakfast! Easy and quick access to amazing scenery! Dinner options were slim so we went elsewhere.

Our rooms and the hotel everywhere was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Staff was extremely nice and friendly, especially Szabi and Kati. -
