The location was incredible. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which had a gorgeous view of the landscape. Breakfast was delicious, but could have had a little more variety!

Decent breakfast, nothing fancy but enough variety for everyone in our group to be satisfied each morning. Great showers. Good ski and boot storage room and a decent location to the centre. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and you can see they are improving the place as other parts of the hotel are updated.

Location We arrived too late, flight was delayed, nobody was in reception, we didnt know that in the hotel ( it was not guesthouse), in Austria, was self checkin system... problem is that another customer took our key and therefore we took other costomers envelope ( key) on the reception deck, in the morning woman from reception told us to leave the room and take back our room... believe me, when you are going for vacation with family (5 members) , every hour and day is very important... sanitaty system is too old in the hotel, the curtains were torn in the room... rooms were not ventilated...

Very relaxed with great staff. Great value for money for the area. The decor is a bit dated but it’s very clean and comfortable so it didn’t bother us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and good facilities, especially with the sauna and the ski storage. Breakfast that only starts at 8:00 when the ski lifts open at 8:30 is just ridiculous. The best skiing of the day are the first few slopes in the morning on freshly prepared snow, but this hotel makes you choose between having breakfast or enjoying your skiing. And when you sleep in on check-out day, arriving to the breakfast at 9:00, all of the nice food is already finished by the skiers.

Breakfast and location were good. Expensive. Not able to use swimming pool in sister hotel. No evening meal option.

Clean facilities and super friendly staff. Hot sauna with extra towels and relaxation room. Bathtub in the bathroom which is great for relaxing after a day of skiing.
